My Tau hail from the sept of Bork'an, a planet renouned for its great centers of learning and academia. The sept symbol I found to be very pleasing aesthetically. My list has gone through a number of permutations, the latest of which is a mechanised list.
I really love the Manta Missile Destroyer concept, and I have written this into my armies background. They deploy from their fleet (for which I suspect I shall be using mostly forgeworld models) from Mantas, which then deploy the army from altitude. Everything that isnt XV suit equipped (with a jump pack) is mounted in a devilfish.
At the moment this is 3 squads of 8 Fire Warriors, a Pathfinder team with railrifles, two hammerheads with railguns, an Ethereal and either a team of Stealth Suits of a small Crisis team.
To the right is the color scheme for the army. Or it will be, once I get off my arse and actually do it.
