Papa Hassan’s recipes have humble beginnings from the time he was a very young cook in the French Foreign Legion.
Then, as a chef at the renowned Ajami Restaurant in Beirut, he perfected the art of cooking. His creativity led him to open his own restaurant in Beirut,
where he enthusiastically taught us, his sons, the art of cooking.
Thanks to his hard work and love, we came to Southern California.
