Need your help
in creating my own income
Hi,
I am 60, almost completely invalid, and living half from my state old age pension and half from welfare (since last December).
I have started creating my own small business anyway to earn my own income. But I am facing a lack of capital which stops me.
All sources of funds say no because I have no assets and especially because I am on welfare.
The business I created is the importation of mini motorcycles in Canada. But it turns out that canadian regulations prevent this type of vehicles from being used on the road or street. So all buyers get caught with an off-road bike made for the street.
The only solution is making them locally, at least, the frame. I have gone through all the necessary steps. I even have dealers and customers lined up.
I have the following needs:
- $ 600 to buy a sample mini bike with shipping ( I have one, but it is too small, I need a larger one which I located).
- $ 800 to get the manufacturing plans made and approved by a cerified engineer.
- $ 1,200 to have the first frame manufactured .
- $ 1,100 to cover shop rent and operating expenses until then.
- $ 1,000 to replace welfare for those 4 months as they will cancel it if I get money through this web site (I will not hide it, I might be on welfare, but it is due to disease, not by choice, and I will be damned if I will add dishonesty to panhandling).
- $ 800 to repair old pickup so I can get to work in town, I now hitchike 5 miles because I can not walk the distance.
- At this point, I will be able to generate income.
- Total: $5,500

My ex-wife is a partner so she can share the income for our youngest child who still needs her (a 14 y/o daughter). My ex is invalid, is living on a disability pension which is as bad as welfare. Our daughter had to live with relatives while I was (am) trying to renovate their mobile home sufficiently to allow them to live in it. But I am limited to about one and a half (1.5) hour of daily physical work before pain stops me. I was counting on the business income to pay to get the work done. In the meantime my ex and myself live in the adjoining garage.
I feel bad about asking for charity. Guess my pride sill rules. So, I offer something in exchange, no promises made as to value. If you wish, indicate in the comments box on the paypal form, that you want a company share in return. I hope this is legal (include a mailing address so I can mail you the share), as it will be worthless at this stage. This share would be without voting power, but would have priority in company dividends. Il I remeber my business courses (of 35 years ago) correctly, they call these "preferred shares". There is no incorporated company yet, but if people make this request with their donation, I will incorporate, it is a fairly minor expense.
