Our beautifully designer decorated, well maintained, spacious (1,450 sq. ft) two-bedroom, two-bath, fully equipped and air-conditioned villa is on one level. Incredible views of the 7th Tee box and 3rd Fairway of the George Fazio Golf Course.
The spacious, open area floor plan features a large master bedroom with a queen-size bed, sitting area, TV and en-suite bathroom. Panoramic view of the golf course. The second bedroom is almost as large with twin beds, sitting area and a second full-size bathroom immediately adjacent. Beautifully furnished dining room, cathedral ceilings, lots of windows, bright and cheerful. Sleeper sofa in the living room enables the villa to accommodate 6 comfortably.
Brand new pergo floors, wall to wall berber carpeting, wallpaper and furniture. Atrium, eat-in, fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and wetbar.
Furnished stone patio with access from both the living room and master bedroom. A swimming pool and three clay tennis courts are just steps away and are available for free use by Inverness Village guests. The word-famous Hilton Head Island beach is just a 10 minute bike ride away.
Linens and towels are provided. You need bring only your beach towels. A washer and dryer are located adjacent to the kitchen.
