PALE WINGS

 

"When a simple hobby like collecting figurines lures you in to something much more twisted, what are a pair of school girls to do? Alexiel enjoys collecting capsule-toys from 50-yen machines all around Tokyo, however one day she comes across a rather interesting little egg that contains something much more magical. How will she and her friend Sylvia cope with a whole new world - or even 8 new worlds?"

Pale Wings is a story of Mythology, Adventures and Dreams (or MAD if you like...) I wrote it for a bit of fun for a friend of mine and my own personal enjoyment. I decided to build a website to host this story purely as a creative venture. Within this website I hope to compile many things to surround the Pale Wings story including (hopefully) character bios and other little fun bits.

Whilst I would love to draw my characters I fear my art skills are not quite up to scratch (still one day who knows?).

This story is very inspired by Norse Mythology, I have quite a few books on Runes, Gods and general mythology stories. However due to the vast differences in resources some names may not be the original Scandinavian or they may be slightly inaccurate - if you notice a hideous inaccuracy that REALLY bugs you please feel free to comment on it but tiny inaccuracies I hope you will let slide.

Anyway, I hope you will enjoy Pale Wings! Please just remember that it does belong to me, so do not steal it, copy it, re-write it or in anyway alter its content...
