May 21, 2007; After a 5 day wait on a response to a letter I sent to the Game Masters through the support forum "Ask a GM" .. they replied. And they decided they still want to deny everything. Yes, even after Chris confessed. This is what they had to say.
**NOTE: My second letter was a follow up to my first one because they didn't reply for a while. However, GMs only sent both replies today.

And I have researched and found several places to turn them over to the authorities. Such as Korean Cyber Police and IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center), the BBB (Better Business Bureau), and several big game & media review sites such as G4. I will wait 1 week for you to give me back my main account: Bessi. If nothing is done within that week to return my account plus proper compensation for the trouble you put me through, I will decide to turn this over to the proper authorities under the grounds of unauthorized use of my account. And if you don't return my account, you can be sure several people will spread the word to all of the players on oz about this breaking news. Thank you. |
Their What-does-this-have-to-do-with-anything reply: received today May 21, 2007:
(When they say your account is not blocked nor deleted, they returned it under my nose and acted like nothing happened. I tried to sign on and it was successful. I guess they got scared that I would report them so immediately returned my account.)

After that, I tried to sign onto Bessi. Instead of it saying "You have been banned until 3007" it said please confirm ID and Password. I realized they gave Bessi back. So I changed the password with the "forgot your password?" option then was able to log on.
