Went to grandson's birthday. Thought I did good eating but gained a pound. Will be working out to get back down before Tuesday weigh-in.
Have signed up for Yogalates every Monday and Wednesday. Have never done this but need to get some structured exercise.
Am working on a journal book that will have my menu for each day at the top of the page and then whatever extra activities for that day. Will make a place to write my points.
We went a week without WW. The church we meet at had Vacation Bible School so our meeting was cancelled.
Went this Tuesday and was 2.6 pounds below my starting weight. One of the ladies that car-pools with us made Life-Time. After we weigh in we go eat at a hamburger joint. So I paid for her dinner to celebrate.
Now I am on the way down the New Way of Eating for Life. I bought a very small refrigerator for my room. Will have my water and snacks and whatever I am having for lunch in it. That way I will stay away from the workroom where all the food temptation is at. As working on planning menus for the week. Then before I dish up the dinner meal will put aside my meal for the next day lunch. I am going to plan to eat before I go work in the lunch room so the smell of food there will not make me hungry.
I weighed this morning and was a few ounces under my starting weight.
I have been working really hard out in the yard and that is keeping me from the refrigerator. It looks like it will be a cook day so far. Maybe I can get the rest of my plants planted. Will put them on the back of my pick-up. And work in each area that I have plants for.
My mini-rotortiller did not even touch my grass. So am calling the store today and see if I have to take it all apart to bring it back and get my money back. I had got it so I had my own but it is just not enough power for what I need. Hopefully Hubby can get the big one working. I have bermuna grass, in several area to get rid of. Plus around a bunch of trees.
I posted a 7-Day Diet. Does not look too much different from what I should be eating. Need to count the points and check that out. I think I need a structure-order of recipes to follow for a while to get in the habit.
