I have sent out several e-mails concerning shirts for Ozark Mountain Bass Club. It would be a great opportunity for us to have shirts for 2008. There are 4 designs that I have come up with. I can change up the colors as well as the overall design, but I need for your help to determine what is going to be the best looking shirt for our club. I will post some web-based voting for which design you would like as well as some other ideas that I have for the club shirt. Please take a look at this and let's get something going for the end of the year. I will post a quote based on what I think might be an appropriate guess as to how many shirts we can order in bulk. This quote is solely based on a guesstimate of how many people I think will want to order shirts. Personally, I would love to have a couple shirts in both long and short sleeve styles. There may be an opportunity to have these shirts produced locally which would be great as far as producing a few samples. Send John Haynie an e-mail with any questions or concerns. Ozark Mountain Bass Club is a non-profit organization. This is a team format. Two anglers to each boat. Tournaments are held at Beaver Lake and Bella Vista's Lake Windsor as well as Loch Lomond. Tournaments will begin in February and run through the last weekend in October. If interested, please feel free to contact me. Spots are limited, but we currently have some openings for Bella Vista P.O.A. members. As a POA member, you can have a guest as your partner. POA stickers are mandatory as well as Watercraft Liability Insurance. Check with the Bella Vista POA for the deadline on stickers. As a club, we promote catch and release of all fish that are brought to weigh-in. Please be courteous of everyone and obey all lakes and parks regulations. Be safe and enjoy our 2008 season.
Hey guys, wanted to start thinking about our polans for the 2008 Classic BBQ. We'll have the BBQ after the second day of fishing is completed at Loch Lomond pavilion. We were lucky to have donations for hamburgers and hot dogs in 2007. It would be great to have that for 2008, but we'll need to discuss our options if we don't have those resources this year. Pleas give Haynie a shout if you know of any donations we could receive. If there are no donations, we need to discuss our options.
