Appearance: Kamiel has a clean and sophisticated look to him, one that would probably pass him off as a high royal knight of some kindgom on the Earth. His black hair is slightly shorter than his brother's, his eyes are a deep shade of black and his skin and a pale white. Unlike his brother, he has not fallen and retains to have his dark feathered wings but no halo. He chose to lose his halo the day his brother became a Fallen, yet when the sunlight shines directly down on his head, there's the glimmer of where it once was.

Personality: Despite being a Dark Angel and the Overlooker of Chaos and War in Heaven and Earth, Kamiel is a very soft-hearted and compassionate being. He is pure of heart and feels for anything that lives. Speaking his mind is not something he does other than when he speaks with his brother. Other than that he's pretty much closed off from any other being. He is very silent and obedient, it's hard for him to turn against Heaven which makes him reliable and a dependable agent for tracking rampant angels -- such as Ramiel, his twin.

Abilities: Kamiel has a strong sense of tracking and exceptional hearing and sight compared to his brother. Since his soul and heart have the semblance of the vast ocean and life, he can conjure and control water and ice to use against his brother. And to oppose his rampant brother even more so, he's is exceptional in the usage of white magic.

Weaknesses: His one true weakness is the love that Kamiel has for his brother despite all the evil and darkness that may be consume his twin's heart and soul. To find anything else that would be a weakness to him, one would have to dig deep into his mind and heart.

Other: Kamiel always felt close to his younger twin, and thought that he knew everything there was to know about his opposite. But evidently he thought wrong. He was well aware that his brother was in love with an Earth maiden, yet when he received news that Ramiel was on a rampage it took him by surprise. The thought that he would have to attack and render his brother helpless was never something that he had expected. He was thought best for the job seeing as they were blood. And being how he was, it was impossible for Kamiel to refuse a direct order from God to seize his brother and capture him.

He knew that his brother was out of control and words and negotiations were not going to work with him. Despite not wanting to harm his opposite, he didn't hesitate to raised a blade to his brother's wings and tear them from the rampant angel's backside. Even though he had hindered Ramiel, he still wasn't much of a match for him when the Dark Angel didn't even want to go up against his sibling. Brutally beaten in the long run though he had contained his brother, he was placed into a sleep to recover while Ramiel was stripped of the rest of his wings and halo and tossed to the Earth. Now that Kamiel is fully healed and ready to track down his brother again, he has taken up residence in Serendipity knowing that his brother will turn up there eventually.
