This page is in honor of TRUE American heroes.

Be they Soldier,Airman,Coastie,Seaman, Marine

or any one of our allies

Courage and honor... Something that seems almost extinct in today's society.

I say almost because I know quite a few that are currently serving or will be in the near future. Those are TRUE heroes in my book.

Whether you agree or dissagree doesn't matter you don't have to agree with anything I've put on this site shoot you don't even have to like me for that matter, that is the beauty of living in this country. We can agree to dissagree and that is that.

Think what you will of me but you can't stop me from respecting the troops.

I wouldn't even recommend that you try.

Freedom is paid for in the blood of brave souls who unselfishly

offer their own bodies for sacrifice.

It is easy to sit under the blanket of protection that the troops have given us

and point fingers, call them baby killers or whatever your preffered slogan might be.

Many are saying the the GWOT is headed down the same route as Vietnam,

while I might agree with that assesment I also feel that we simply have no choice but to continue what was started

or the consequences could be catastrophic right here in the homeland.

Until the day I hear the commanders in the field say its done we're through here I will continue to stand behind the presidents choice for us to be in Iraq and Afghanastan.

I know it is tough sitting at home wondering if your family member is ok that might be in harms way.

Trust me I've been there. I have a relative currently serving in the United States Marine Corps

and he has been in both hot spots for the GWOT. Sure I was worried about his saftety to say otherwise would be a lie.

But ask yourself this before you go join that picket line with your big sign that reads bring the troops home now.

Would you rather the troops fight this war on the terrrorist's turf or would you like to roll out the red carpet and invite them here so we can play defend our homeland on our own streets where many more innocent lives could and would parrish.

What foul would you cry at that point?

If the president granted your wishes for the troops to be home would you still blame him while you attended the funerals of your loved ones and friends that died as a result of a premature pullout?

Sure you would because you need a scape goat to blame all your problems on.

It is time people in America start taking responsability for their own actions.

Quit blaming the president because of everthing that goes wrong in your life.

What worries me the most is all the gun controll laws and activist have many Americans scared of guns now

to the point nobody keeps one. What is going to happen if the war is broght to our front doors?

You going to stand in the face of an RPG or AK-47 and throw rocks at the man holding the weapon?

All I can say is you better be a good aim and have cat like reflexes.

Owning a gun does NOT promise your safety but it does increase your chances of survival numbnuts.

Get off your stupid gun law high horses and come back to reality for a while.

The only thing gun laws have done is weaken Americans ability to defend themselves.
