If you've found this site, I'd wager that you are a new or current law student (or you know me personally and you have nothing better to do than to check out my website). If you're a law student, congratulations, both on finding this site (I know some of you had trouble because I have since moved from another Web address) and on beginning your law school careers. For those of you that have been in school for a while, congratulations on nearing the end.

The study of law is very unique. New law students must learn a new language, so to speak, and learn new study habits. The days of binge drinking and studying for finals the day before an exam, as it were in college, are no more. You are law students, and it is time that you buckled down and got ready for some real schooling.

This site is intended to guide students entering law school and help current students finish up their law school careers. I have provided outlines, exams, and other materials for law school studies. You will quickly learn that "outlines" are the key to law school studies. They are comprehensive study tools developed by law students to assist in preparing and taking exams. You will also find that a good outline will help you succeed. I always encourage everyone to do their own outline. If you don't, you will not be as successful as you could be.

The materials on this site were developed during my law school experience. I would not put these materials online if I did not think they would be helpful to other students. I'm not saying that I am a law school wizard, nor should you think I am. I have had some success, and I would simply like to help others if I can.

Also, I should caution you: These materials alone will not help you succeed. Succeeding in law school is a process, beginning with dedication, good study habits, and good outlining. You will get the maximum benefit of this website if you do those things on your own and supplement your study habits with the information I have provided.

That being said, it is a good idea to observe how other students organize, interpret, and evaluate law school courses. I hope the materials on this site will acheive at least that end. Feel free to use and distribute these materials for educational purposes, and good luck to you in law school. Despite the sometimes negative public perception of lawyers, you are about to enter a very noble profession.

Best of Luck!
