ALL LADDER GAMES MUST BE FINISHED FIVE MINUTES PRIOR TO TRNY START

IF THIS IS A SWISS THEN YOU MUST PLAY ALL ROUNDS, IF YOU CAN NOT PLEASE ASK THE TD TO TAKE YOU OUT BEFORE THE NEXT ROUND IS TO START,

ONCE THE NEXT ROUND HAS BEEN STARTED THEN YOU MUST PLAY THEREFORE THERE WON'T BE A TIMER ON YOU AND NOT TO MAKE THE OTHER PLAYERS WAIT
