Orleans Zoo Crew was started as a small hobby company to supply feeder insects to local hobbiest. Within a short time Orleans Zoo Crew became established as a feeder insect supplier to many of the Ottawa Pet Stores and even the local zoo, Little Ray's Reptiles.
With the buy out of Super Pet by Pet Smart, the husband and wife team at Orleans Zoo Crew decided to take a break and think about where the business was going to go next. After much contemplation and now a move to a more central west location we are once again back to supplying some feeders to local hobbiests, such as crickets and meal worms. We also have a number of African Soft Furred Rat colonies, bringing this new feeder rodent to the area in both frozen and live avaliability.

We also take in reptiles(this includes snakes) and amphibians (that are within the Ottawa By-Law) as rescues. We rehability the cranky, the shed problems and the slow feeders and find responsible homes for them. If they can not be rehaiblitated (trust me it happens - his name is Viper and he is the fastest striking corn snake I have met).
