  Greetings From the Command Staff Of Outpost Phoenix.  My name is Captain Alejandra Inez Montoya - Mancuso.  I am the Commanding officer of this Federation Outpost Simulation that is part of the United Space Federation Simulation group.

      Presently We are on the preliminary stages of establishing a new Outpost and Terraforming Colony on the Bersallis planetary system.
