One Man Down Formed In March 2003 By Two Brothers Ry & Beanhead & Long Time Friend Dan, Practicing In Dan's Tiny Garage We Started Out As A Cover Band Playing Songs From Bands Like NOFX, Pennywise, Rancid, And The Bouncing Souls. We Mainly Played Gigs Around The Leeds/Castleford Area With Bands Such As Sick 56, Abrasive Wheels, Satanic Surfers, Lowlife UK, Disco Velante, Swine, Yorkshire Rats, S.S.A, And Middle Finger Salute. After A Couple Of Years Of Building A Nice Sized Following, Problems Surfaced And In June 2006 The Band Split Up. A Few Months Passed And In November 2006 We Decided To Re-Form With A Much Heavier And Hardcore Style And Sound, And Also With A New Member And Old Friend Of The Band Morg On Second Guitar. We Quickly Set About Writing Our Own New Material In Morg's Even Smaller room! With A New Sound, Set And Member We Were Ready For Pretty Much Anything. Now Playing All Over The UK We Have Played With Such Bands As Conflict,G.B.H. Red Alert, Crashed Out, Extinction Of Mankind, 3CR, Stuntface, Riot Squad, Apocalypse Babies, Resistance 77, B.S.D, Hyenas, Lowlife UK, Mispent Youth, Chewin' Druids, Lockdown, And So Many More.
