Hello nice to see you...here a little more of myself

Born in 1964 ( golden sixties)in the city of Hal ( near Brussels)

My QTH are in the province of Liege..the small town are Ampsin ( near the touristical city Huy)..66km from the germany border and also the Netherlands..110km from Brussels Capital. I'm qsl manager from de uba section of Huy.since 1 year.

Since long time ago i'm interesting in radio communications in the first part swl & 11m band...In 2006 i have received my first novice license ON3LD (tnx to ON7YO) and qrp station..i work 125 dxcc in 1.1/2 year and only with QRP station ( icom703) but the antenna does the job.

Now mai 2007 i have my full license...( 23/05/2007)..and i'm verry glad with this..new call ON5DL

My antennas are HF TH5DX thunderbird.(10-15-20m).on the tower 10m from the ground and Multiband dipole -inverted V (10-15-20-40-80m are on 9m from the ground.)

The tranceivers HF are  TS-570D & 100w output. with amplifier B300P attack  40watt output 300watt.I use also Icom 706mk2G output 100w

For VhF & Uhf i use a small x-30 vertical for local qso and a 9elem beam vertical polarisation for the repeaters..very soon on my tower a 11 elem for dx Vhf ( but it's not my prefered band)

The VHF & UHF trx are FT-7800 dualbander and FT-2800 monoband VHF

I do not on SSB in VHF for the reason that i'm not good situated for this configuration..(maybe y test later)

My favorits band are 20m-15m-10m of course 40m-80m are nice too but to mutch people it's looks sometimes like a sunday morning market..

 

 When i go to holliday's i go everytime to dept 15 the city are Arches near Mauriac (12km) ( cantal-auvergne)..nice place not so far away from the Puy de Dome..I hope to stay on the puy de dome a weekend for dx.. ( in 2007) so you can ear me allways every year 4 times..(Christmass-new year) (easter) (july until end august) & sometimes we go also with halloween..So when you ear F/ON5DL please give me a call..
