O4 Customer:
This is a Customer of O4 that is not participating as an IMR. Customers pay
retail, and can purchase single units of the O4 product line.
O4 IMR: An
IMR is an "Independent Marketing Representative" An IMR has the potential to
participate in all the OMINEX O4 Compensation Plan elements and rewards.
Sponsor:
This is the Person that is referring you to OMINEX O4. Whether you came to
OMINEX O4 through a website, advertisement or personal referral from a Friend
or other OMINEX O4 Customer or IMR, the person that is responsible for getting
you to this point is your Sponsor into OMINEX O4. Your Sponsor has everything
to gain in assisting you with your success in OMINEX O4.
Fast Start:
Commissions paid out fast (within the following week¡¯s payout) for the
enrollment of new Customers or IMRs into OMINEX O4.
Retail
Commissions:
Ongoing Commissions
received for enrolling new Customers or IMRs into OMINEX O4 for their continued
orders of O4.
Residual Commissions:
This provides for a retention vehicle and is working the strengths of
a UNILEVEL plan within the BINARY concept. Checks and the ¡°Promise of
Wealth Creation will be supported with this vehicle. Regardless of
their personal activity, they have the ability to earn money on the
work of others. The ongoing Residual Commission for Direct Sponsors of
10% will enable and reward for ongoing Retailing.
PV = Point Value: This is the Dollar Amount each Point (Cycle or Match) is
worth. Cycle Points are paid out in full value each week, and Match Points are
paid out according to the IMR¡¯s Active Rank from the Week Previous to the Cycle
Week; from 20% to 50% of the PV.
PVP = Personal
Volume Points: This is the Volume amount in Points
that is required or accumulated by your own personal purchases within OMINEX
O4.
GVP = Group Volume
Points: This is the Group Volume amount in Points
that is required or accumulated by your Group. Your Group Consists of both your
Left Team and your Right Team within your Sales Organization.
Cycle Week:
This is the week of Business that represents a Cycle Week.
This is Friday from 12:01am through the following Thursday at 12:00pm Midnight
(MST -- Mountain Standard Time). This time is the GLOBAL timeframe for
establishing the Cycle Week.
Cycle Point:
This is created when your combined Left Team and
Right Team Group Volume reaches 900 GVP. It must be derived by no less than a
1/3rd - 2/3rd balance to create the 900 GVP. When this occurs, this will create
a Cycle Point to which Commissions will be calculated against the Cycle Pool.
There are no limits to the amount of Cycle Points you can create in any given
Cycle Week.
Match Point:
This is created when anyone you personally Sponsor
into OMINEX O4 receives a Cycle Point from their GV. When anyone that is
Personally Sponsored by you in OMINEX O4 receives a Cycle Point, this will
create a Match Point to which Commissions with be calculated against the Cycle
Pool. There are no limits to the amount of Cycle Points you can create in any
given Cycle Week.
Cycle Pool:
This is the Commission Pool that is used to determine the variable weekly Cycle
and Match Point Values. The Cycle Pool is created by taking 40% of the Gross
Volume from the entire OMINEX O4 Product Sales each Cycle Week.

1:
Fast Start/Retail Commissions:
(There is a RETAIL Commission Paid out on the initial
Order of a Retail Customer or the initial order of IMRs [
Independent Marketing Representative ]. All subsequent orders
will be paid out in the Residual Commission structure)
Retail Commissions will be closed out and readied for payout on the same
Thursday Midnight (MST) end-of-week.

This is paid out on PV (Product Volume) amounts for the purchases of
the New Customer or IMR.
NOTE: The Retail Purchases will be higher
price and will carry more PV than IMR Purchases. Retail Customers will
pay out the same as Wholesale (based on PV) within the Compensation Plan after
initial Fast Start/Retail Commissions.
2: Residual Commissions:
AKA Loyalty Rewards (Commissions are paid out monthly. These will
be calculated and paid out on the first weekly commission payout of the
following month) These are available to IMRs only.
Paid Monthly

Active Paid Customers and IMRs are compressed to the
top of the IMR (Enroller) leg at/on every Thursday at Midnight MST.
Pre-Enrollees will roll under Active Paid Customers or IMRs within the
same leg.
Retail Commissions (From 2nd Purchase forward)
Retail RBV will pay out 10% to Direct
Sponsor/Enroller each month. In addition to the 5 Level Distribution
above.
3:
Cycle Point Distribution Pool:
(This is a variable payout each week based upon the total VP (Value
Paid) for the
week and the number of outstanding points; Cycle Points and Match
Points)
Paid Weekly
Cycle Points are earned for every 900 GV( (Group
Volume)) within a
qualified IMR¡¯s OMINEX Business, where no more than 2/3rds or 600 GV
are in one of the two legs, and 1/3rd or 300 GV are in the other leg.
You need to have
2 personally sponsored IMRs to qualify for Cycle Points.

4:
Matching Bonus within the Cycle Point Distribution
Pool:
(IMRs will earn Matching Points for any/all Cycle
Points from their Personally Sponsored IMRs)
Paid Weekly
Based upon the level of the IMR, the Match Bonus will equal 20% to 50% of the
Point Value for the Matching Points based upon the IMRs Rank/Advancement
Level that was achieved during the previous weeks pay period.

Qualification Requirements for IMR Rank/Advancement
Levels: These levels will be earned based upon the number of
personal cycle points and bonus points the IMR is personally realizing for each week. Qualifications
requirements will be set for each and every individual IMR.

Active Customers must have at least 60 PV per 4 week
activation time to maintain their Placement and to receive the Referral
Rewards. IMRs with less than 120 PV will not be able to cycle or earn
Rank/Advancement Status or Bonuses.
5:
One-Time IMR Rank/Advancement Bonuses:
will be paid in
the following schedule. Bonus Payments will be attached to the Monthly
Residual payouts for the month following the Rank Advancement. Rank
Advancement Bonuses are paid out once per IMR for each Rank/Advancement.
Paid
weekly, one time payment

1st Time Cycle Bonus will be paid out to all active
IMRs upon their 1st Cycle Point being earned.
Sales Psychology & Explanations of Components:

Fast Start/Retail
Commissions: This is designed and proven to assist in the
recruiting of customers and IMRs into the business. This will allow
them to make 15% or 25% of the initial order, and will help to promote
sales.

Residual Commissions:
This provides for a retention vehicle and is working the strengths of
a UNILEVEL plan within the BINARY concept. Checks and the "Promise of
Wealth Creation" will be supported with this vehicle. Regardless of
their personal activity, they have the ability to earn money on the
work of others. The ongoing Residual Commission for Direct Sponsors of
10% will enable and reward for ongoing Retailing.

Cycle Point Distribution Pool:
This is the Binary Payout structure. This rewards the building of two
TEAMS or LINES/LEGS. Based on the weekly activity of sales, the amount
of the Cycle Point will vary.

Matching Bonus within the Cycle
Point Distribution Pool:
This rewards the recruiting of a heavy hitter or the recruitment of an
existing sales organization into OMINEX Matches also create breakage
from within the compensation plan for Corporate.

One-Time IMR Rank/Advancement
Bonuses: This
rewards the advancements of the IMRs and establishes their efforts and
status within OMINEX to their peers. This is a Recognition and
"Carrot" to be used to promote business growth.
