This is a mint condition calibre 265 omega from 1950's with a bullseye design dial. The calibre 265 was derived from omegas famous 30t2 calibre which was victorious in numerous observatory competitions in accuracy and defeated the likes of Patek Phillipe and Rolex.
This piece was initially bought by an old swedish master Par W. I did try to buy it off him but another collector friend Ove threatened to haunt the old master even after death if he sold it to anyone else, so off it went to Ove, as the old master is very old. After much negotiation with my frend Ove i eventually managed to wrestle it off him and it arrived safely in UK. Phew.
