My name is Mike Jameson and I fish for
BCUK Team Sport One. I represent the team in a number of Kent and Southern Leagues and open matches. I'm also a member of the
Metro-Musketeers and
Cranbrook & District Angling Club (CADAC) although not an active member of CADAC I regularly fish their waters with my long standing angling buddy Dave Harrison. I'm a bit of a jack of all trades and enjoy fishing Leagues, Opens, Club, Pleasure and often tag onto the end of the odd Club match as guest, more often than not when they can't make up the numbers!. But a day's fishing is a day's fishing to me and I jump at the chance to get out on the bank as often as possible. I recently took Early Severance from work and in effect I have now retired at the tender age of 44 - which means lots more time doing what I like most....fishing. Over the next few pages I hope to put across some finer points of angling including some unusual methods, different to the norm.
Picture: This 15lb 13oz beauty was caught from one of my CADAC club lakes on 11/10/06 and led me a merry dance on 12 elastic to 3lb line straight through! - not bad considering I was fishing for bream and skimmers at the time!
