Old School House is a friendly family-run seaside hostel with a '3 star' English Tourism Council rating. Accommodation varies from six-bedded dormitories to family and twin rooms, many with en-suite facilities. Guests are welcome to take advantage of our licensed club with TV and pool table, or relax on the balcony whilst enjoying the sea views.

Guest rooms and breakfast room are all non-smoking. Late night shopping is available close by.

The Isle of Thanet, which incorporates Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate, boasts many safe sandy beaches and secluded bays. Nearby activities include watersports, indoor bowls, mini-golf, ten-pin bowling clifftop walks, museums, caves, etc., many within walking distance. Thanet's Viking Coastal Cycle route connects with the National Cycle Network.

Prices range from £9 to £14 per person, per night, dependent upon time of year. Discounts are available for groups and longer stays.
