OLAKHOTA

This is Deefen, he was my first ever Northern Inuit, unfortunately I only had the pleasure of his being for 3 years, he is very much missed.

This is Timber. At 4 years old she is the oldest of my pack. when she first came to me as a rescue dog, she had a lot of problems mentally and physically, but happily is now healthy and i think she feels secure. She likes people and tolerates kids and pups alike, when she's had enough of them she will go and find somewhere quiet to get some peace. Timber is very loyal and loving and is my virtual shadow, literally, im always falling over her.

Freya is the ringleader whenever mischief is afoot. She can usually be found in the pond or running round the garden with some ill gotten gains in her mouth. At 12 months old, she is second oldest but is still a pup in many ways. I think it will be a long time before she matures. Freya is a little on the small side, but im hoping she will have nice pups when she's old enough to breed from.

inca is a cutey and very affectionate. she is 4 months old and is going to be quite tall.   she is rarely naughty unlike the others, and likes nothing better than to climb on my knee for a cuddle.

when she first came to me, she was very light coloured but is now getting a lot darker.  I think she is going to be very nice.

I own inca, along with tanika and crow and loki, in partnership with Julie Kelham of Mahlek kennels, we are working together to breed, hopefully, outstanding N.I's. 

UPDATE

Inca is now just over 1 year old, she is a big beautiful girl, extremely friendly, adores people of any age and is good with my pups and all other dogs.  I am looking forward to breeding from her later on as i think she will have stunning pups.

Tanika is 4 and a half months and , like inca is also very sweet natured. When she first came to me, she was of a very nervous disposition, but now she's coming out of her shell nicely.

UPDATE. tanika is now 11 months old and at this years Northern Inuit show, she took Reserve Best Puppy in show

This is Tukki, Mahlek Inukatuk.  He is a gorgeous boy, very happy and very handsome.  He has successfully sired 2 litters, all beautiful pups.  He is 2 years old now.

As you can tell, he loves the water, unless its bath water. He tends to jump right in regardless of depth.

Moon is my new puppy, His full name is Mahlek Bad Moon Rising at Olakhota.  He is just 4 months old and we are hoping he will make a great stud dog.
