Well Inca had another good season, so we decided to try her and Moon together, I wasnt holding out any great hopes, but, 5 weeks after her season, she definately showed signs of pregnancy, unfortunately, she started to bleed heavily. My first thoughts were that she was miscarrying, but then the discharge change so off we went to the vet, where he diagnosed Open Pyometra, poor Inca had to go through a two hour op to remove her womb, she is recovering nicely and has her stitches removed tomorrow, so glad she is well on the mend.
All the dogs are in good form, baby Rosie is growing like a weed lol. Discovered Inca is fantastic with the chickens, she doesnt bat an eyelid at them and walks straight through them, so much for her high prey drive eh.
Looking forward to the winter and getting out on the rig with Tukki, Murphy and Freya, need lots and lots of practise
