Journal

12/28/06 (Thurs):  Recommitted to WW!  This is my fourth time, but I'm doing it anyway.  I'm going to give this one my all...mostly because I'm tired of failing and I'm tired of being overweight.  I know that it can be done, and I'm going to do it.  I AM DOING IT!  So, stay tuned! :o)

12/29/06 (Fri):  This was my first real day OP (on program).  I didn't do horribly but I could have done much better.  I earned some APs (activity points) today by cleaning my house (trust me, I was in turbo mode...sweating and everything because I was rushing).  Tomorrow will be better! :o)

01/01/07 (Mon):  WooHoo!!  Today is my weigh-in day and guess what!!!  I lost 3.5 lbs!!!!!!!  I am SO happy right now!  I couldn't believe my eyes when I got on that scale.  I was totally not expecting that much...especially since I just started on Fri.  WOW!  I did pretty good with the program, and I did start officially exercising on Saturday (did 3.25 miles on the treadmill in one hour).  It felt great to exercise.  I even made sure I did 30 minutes on New Year's Eve before the night was over.  I feel awesome today!   (((skinny vibes)))  :o)

01/08/07 (Mon): Well, no loss this week.  I'm hoping for a nice loss next week.  I did have more pizza at Chuck E. Cheese's than I should have.  I'm sure other things attributed to that.  We'll see what happens! :o)

01/15/07(Mon): WooHoo!  Lost 1.5 this week!  So close to my -10 lb mini goal.  I'm sure I could have been closer if I had not had such a bad week before.  Made some bad choices.  But that's OK...I'm back on track now.  I know that I'm going to meet my goal of 140 this year.  I'm so glad for the WW program and the Newbies (message boards).  Let's see what next week brings! :o)
