OIWC Cooking ClassMenu: Sushi rolls (California, Red Bull, Caterpillar), Chicken JUBU-Style (Katakawa, Traditional), Green Tea CustardLearn how to make sushi rice and how to roll three different kinds of sushi rolls. The class will be taught by an experienced Japapese Chef who worked in the U.S. for many years. He has worked at the Hotel Nikko San Francisco and the MGM Grand Las Vegas as a Master Chef.
