Korean War Veteran Tribute

Robert E. Seelbach

This is a picture of my Uncle Robert in bascic training. He is my Dad's twin brother. I was also named after him.

This is a picture of myself and Robert out side the hospital where he lived, in Millersburg,Oh. He was in numerous hospitals after being medically discharged from the Army. He was rated 100% disabled by the V.A. Imagine living in a hospital for over 50 years. I visited him very often. His favorite place to go was to Mcdonalds for coffee. I miss him very much.

Ex-P.O.W. Korean War

Steve E. Kiba

This book was written by my very good friend Steve Kiba. He describes what it was like to be a prisoner of war. He was held in captivity for 936 days after the Korean war. The book can be purchased through www.1stbooks.com I would like to see this book in every High School library. 1st book .com donated two books to Norton High School. Steve taught at the high school for 23 years. The ALL POWs / MIAs Awareness Program also donated to the school in Steve's name. A POW/MIA Remembrance Plaque to ALL POWs / MIAs from all wars and conflicts. We also donated a POW/MIA Remembrance Plaque to Kenmore H.S. in Steve's name. This is the school that Steve graduated from. Steve is the main reason why I started the ALL POWs / MIAs Awareness Program. Thank you Steve and your family for your sacrifices made in the name of Freedom.
