Ohdins-rhune Great Dane and Akita Puppy sales agreement

1. Your puppy has been bred and reared with  love and care to every detail. These points have been drawn up to maintain the quality both in your puppy and in the Great Dane and Akita breed.

2. I recommend that you consult your veterinary surgeon regarding the Great Dane and Akita  breed's about possible diseases, genetic or otherwise, to which they may be prone, you accept that as the breeders, we can not be held responsible if such a disease's develops later in life.

3. Your puppy has left us  in good health,  you are strongly advised to take  your new puppy to your veterinary surgeon for a general health check and to make arrangements for inoculations,this check and any tests or examinations associated with it must be at your own expense.

4. Should there be any health problem not attributable to the pup's journey home "travel sickness" change of food and or water "tummy upset" I will take the puppy back and refund the full purchase price on condition that the puppy is returned within seven days of purchase,not been mixed with other dog apart from your own family pet, and is in the same state of health as when it was sold.

5. We require a  deposit for your puppy if  reservation has been requested,this deposit is non returnable.

6. If you would like us to keep your puppy for you due to "Holidays" we then require you to pay the balance in full befor you go away.

8. If you are unable to collected your puppy on the date stated above, please inform us as soon as possible. 

9. At 8 weeks your puppy is due to have his/her first vaccination if your puppy is to stay with us whilst you are on holiday, I strongly suggest You allow us to instruct our vet to carry out the first inoculation, you will be required to pay for the vaccination of your puppy.

10. Should your circumstances change in the future and you become unable to keep your Great Dane or Akita for any reason, he/she would not be placed in a rescue center but referred immediately to us, the breeders.

11. All puppies leave for their new home's wormed to date,  registered with the Kennel Club, or registration applied for. We also supply twelve weeks free insurance.

12. All our puppies have ENDORSEMENTS "offspring not eligable for registration" puppies that have been sold for breeding will have these endorsments lifted at 2 years old for a female and 1.5 years for the males,puppies sold for pets will not have endorsments lifted.

13.The Transfer of Ownership document "K.C registration papers" will be supplied on the day of purchase or when they are returned by the K.C,                  I have read and agreed the above terms,I/ We have had them fully explained to me.
