Sophia joins a host of stars on MTV, such as Avril Lavigne, Lauren Conrad and Ludacris, who are letting people know how they should pack to go to Las Vegas on the week leading up to the MTV Video Music Awards. Here's Sophia's advice:
"When you pack for Vegas, you gotta have a great pair of shoes that are comfortable, because if you're gonna be dancing to the DJs till the wee hours, the last thing you want to do is take off your shoes in a nightclub."

The CW Source's Jason C. was on-hand at the 2007 Teen Choice Awards and caught up with Sophia Bush on the green carpet to chat about her Teen Choice ensemble, her Sourcie nomination for Best Dressed, (which she didn't win by the way. Gilmore Girls' Lorelai beat her by less than 100 votes!), and what to expect in Season Five of One Tree Hill.
They also included a video from the TCA press room where Sophia asked a number of questions, and expressed her happiness of winning her awards earlier that night.
Chad Michael Murray was spotted getting inked at a Wilmington, North Carolina tattoo studio called "Hardwire". The One Tree Hill star was accompanied by his fiancée, Kenzie who apparently got tattooed immediately after him. According to some fans who witnessed, Chad got the word "RELAX" on his arm - wonder what the meaning behind that is for him. Before getting his latest tattoo, Chad was seen outside the shop "bumming" some cigarettes off one of the tattoo artist, Chad was friendly to fans who walked by and greeted him.
It's unknown as to how many tattoos Chad has, his "CMM" initials are usually covered up for One Tree Hill by the Chinese symbol 'Lucas' got during season one. He also has one on his right lower leg, and a symbol on his hand that must be covered by the OTH wardrobe and make-up artist. Didn't you wonder why he wore a cuff during all of season 4?
