2009 Ontario Girls' Chess Championships
2010 ONTARIO GIRLS' CHESS CHAMPIONSHIPS WILL BE HELD ON MAY 22.
2009 ONTARIO GIRLS’ CHESS CHAMPIONSHIPS |
This is a tournament opens to all girls from Kindergarten to G.12 in Ontario.
Date: Saturday, May 16, 2009
Place: Fieldstone Day School
2999 Dufferin Street, Toronto (Lawrence West Subway Station)
Sections: K to G.12 (13 sections)
Awards: Medal to top three in each grade.
Time control: Maximum one hour per game, G/30 if a clock is available.
Format:
Swiss, Round Robin or Double Round Robin, depends on the number of participants in the grade.
Playoffs for first place only, if time permitted. Cumulative tiebreakers will be used to determine the second and third places.
Ratings: Games are CMA rated http://www.chess-math.org/

Looking for your talent to create a design for the OGCC 2009 event T-shirt.
Purpose: Printing on the event T-shirt
Theme: Girls’ Chess
Colour: Two to Three colours including the background
Eligibility: Any participants of previous or coming OGCC
First Prize: Entry to the OGCC 2009
