ANYWAYS, Here are 3 kinds of meditation that you can try at home.
A1- ANYWHERE: Ok so 1-close your eyes
2-When you, inhale, think of a nice word like happy.
3-Think of anther nice word when you exhale like love. repeat as many times as needed until you have calmed down.
B1- AT HOME: Sit in a quiet room.
2-listen to the sounds around you, especially your breathing. Listen until they become vibrations that you can feel.
C1-AT HOME: stare at a pretty image like a picture.
2-find something in it that symbolises beauty or peace for you.
3-Now close your at and make a vision of it. This makes your mind escape reality. No real world= No real worry, right?
