A  Long time ago.... We fell in love with some beautiful Persians,They had huge round owly eyes, and the cottoniest long  coats we had ever seen. They had pudjie little turned up faces, rolly poly cobby bodies.
    Some looked like they where dipped in gold dust,some looked  like  they where blushing ,they all fascinated us. So this is where it all began.......

IN 1989 we became a CAT FANCIERS ASSOCIATION REGISTERED Breeder. All breeders have a number and on the slip it says cattery, there is breeders out there saying they dont have a cattery,  but this is fact what it is called if you are registered with any cat  association as is specifed on the papers. .-OCEAN PURRLS ---BECAME our Persian cattery name." even though we had persians before, this was the date we registered  our breeding name

We specialize in gorgeous ,SWEET,OPEN EYED EXPRESSIONS in our kitties, with outstanding CFA pedigrees. 

Our cats/kittens are bred to conform to the CFA Persian  Breed Councils ,CFA PERSIAN BREED STANDARD  our aim is always to improve on the Breed standard, always keeping health our main focus.  I have no children these are them and I LOVE them, these are my pride and Joys, Raised with Tons of Love ,Care & exclusive attention to each and everyone.  I am stay at home now so get to enjoy all day with my Persians and kittens, and am loving every minute of it. I am very lucky to have very healthy Persinas, but as I tell everyone, I truly beleive in keeping the environment super clean ,  we raise our persians in our home, most have run of the house, the males have their own room but freuquently run the house also. Kensington, well you will find him on our bed at all times,  LOL, Pinchy you will find on the couch. we just love to spoil our Persians.

 I always was a true lover of cats, even as a young child I grew up with a cat and always wanted them all ,LOL, but fell so deeply in love with the Persian & Himalayan  Breed . I have been owned by Persians years ago  before even haveing a registered cattery. , my first purbred was actually a Black Persian Neutered pet, then I went on to go tour shows and was hooked .  I then decided I  wanted a show kitten, that is where my first Himalayan comes into play,  I bought  my first himalayan and then it took off from there, I  still have a few oldies but goodies left here retired, 2 neutered males  , GC OceanPurrls Ziggy Stardusr and OceanPurrls Einstein. I just love these boys so much I could not part with them. My oldest himalayan lived until she was 20, she was part of us. We miss you Dalia. I still have one female open left as wasnt long ago I was still breeding my himalayans. She is a gorgeous show quality flame point, bred by Daine Castor of Playwickey cattery, we where lucky to have her sell us some gorgeous  himalayans with the top cfa pedigrees.

It was at a show, when I fell in love with the Van BiColor Persians.

 OceanPurrls is home to the famous GC Farallon King of Kensington- YES the boy with that well know sweet look and disposition, seems to pass it on to all his kittens.

This is my top stud male , well top show quality but pet to me, he sleeps with me LOL,  , , I showed him in CFA  and he so quickly recieved his title  GRAND CHAMPION FARALLON KING OF KENSINGTON, he is known for the sweetest look ,which is passed on to my kittens, GC  Kensington  also has that amazing head with ears set so low on the side of his head and his gorgeous flat profile I so love.But he won many rings over others due to what the Judges would comment on, his short  short body. 

 His son  Pinchy takes very much after him , very cobby heavy  and short. Head like a mellon and ears so far on the side of his head , unfortuantly Pinchy was not shown to his GC , but we feel he may have accomplished better than a grand . His sister went on the acheive her RW and more, and she would have even done better but almost every show she was going in season, from 4 months and on, yes that early, so she had to be stopped from showing as she just started to say enough. but all through her showing , she won many best in show. She is owned by Laciara Persians where she is producing  stunning top show kittens with a very sweet look...

How we got involved breeding WHITE PERSIANS (  my passion)  

 I am so in love with them,   I since chidhood have dreamed of White Persians,  and having  such a deep  passion for them, being to me there is no  more beautiful persian  , so I decided to find a quality show white persian.  I was thrilled that Jean Green of Steeplchase persians sold me two of her outstanding solid white persian kittens .  She bred and has some of the best Persians worldwide, so to be able to get a couple of her cats was a dream for me,   I have been very fortunate in my short time breeding whites and the quality I have bred, most all so far have been of show quality,  I am now concentrating little more on my whites and hoping to add a few more white persians  in the future. 

 

 

All our cats have  outstanding very well known CFA Grand Champion , with many  Regional winning ,National winning  persians in their  Pedigrees ,  . We sincerely want to THANK the Breeders who have entrusted us with some of their cats

 , pedigree can be viewed on each cat we own  under their pictures  

We show exclusively CFA, the largest cat association where the quality is unsurpassed ( Largest most recognized cat association )  ,

 we though are limited in showing due to our own life's schedule , living where there is no CFA shows , but  we love and try to get to a few a year.  . We breed for show quality gorgeous  CFA  healthy Persians

  We  offer Top Show  "Show Quality", ,"Breeder,", or "PET Quality " to approved  healthy loving homes & cattery's . We also sell our best  we produce, not  always holding them back for ourselves. 

       

We keep a small very clean cattery, which we do keep our numbers at a minimum , we feel they should be our pets first and formost.We take Pride in our Persians and it SHOWS . We do this for the love  of the Persian breed. I take great care & Pride in each and every cat or kitten I own.  They Love to sleep, follow me all day long, I so very much enjoy this and is my pleasure to pass a kitten on to the same kind of homes

BUT I must warn the buyer be ready for a loving kitten that loves attention and might just want to sleep on your pillow!!!! as most mine love to sleep with me !!!
