For those of you wondering why I haven't updated much on here for a while is three fold.
1) I've been very busy in work and getting busier.
2) I've got a new girlfriend who I'm enjoying time with as much as I can.
3) I'm so damn p***ed off at the moment by all the corruption from our so-called "representatives" in parliament that's I've finally broken my non-partisan rule and begun campaigning in my little way for the only party I've got faith in...but more on that later once I'm official.
"Free Your Mind" will return soon with a much harder edge as I follow the run up to the European Elections and other than that my production time will be put entirely over to my expressions of rage at the establishment.

Okay, it's been awhile since I last updated...this is entirely due to my lappy having died, been resurrected and now refusing to work when it's connected to the internet. So now I have a neat little notebook which I'm totally in love with despite it's 7" of squint-o-vision.
I will be busy tomorrow working on the next issue of LoOV and hopefully for the next few weeks get the final pages of THE INVASION completed. And for those of you wondering about season 3 THE INFECTION and the proposed forth season...we'll have to wait and see since I'm about to find myself in what in the catering industry is known as "ape-shit season".
I've got a number of project in the works and all are slow development, long term works that will be updated on as and when.

Well the Earth Day 2009 lights out hour has come and gone. It started in the last half hour of my shift so I was able to see what the town was like on the way home...and you wouldn't know that there had been a global capaign to help save the enviroment by switching the lights off.
And to make a point about it, I've whipped up a quick video commentary which I shot over the lights-off hour which is now up on YouTube so click HERE to view and be sure to comment or just like during the light-out hour.
In other news, I think I've gotten my lappy back into a working condition (with the help of my fellow DA artist and awesome I.T buddy ) enough to return to LoOV next week, however the "doctor who reviews" and "Buy it Rent it Bin it" videos may be quite a while longer in returning as I'm still having issues with the various editing software I use. Watch this space for updates.

I managed to pull the public edit of "Tribute" off my expiring laptop's backup drive and have uploaded it. As I think I mentioned before Tribute is a big project that celebrates the fun I've had with friends over the last 3 years making movies. However, this "public edit" for youtube is heavily edited and doesn't have the original ending, which when edited didn't make any sense at all so I cut it completely from this verison. And during the bulk of the video I removed some more animation scenes as many of the scenes were unsutible. Youtube's censorship has forced me to create a poor shadow of the original (which will be done as a DVD gift for those this film is a tribute to) and I hope one day to be able to put the full uncut director's edit up here - when youtube gets its head out it's arse.

Yes, sadly the day has finally come and my laptop no longer does the one redeeming thing it had left to itself - internet access. After a rather nasty malware attack over the weekend, i had to do some quick systems resets and ended up loosing my internet access from that machine. And since I've just bought an elite Xbox 360, I can't afford to take the damn thing in for its long overdue resurection.
In the mean time, I've managed to upload my "House of the Dead: Overkill" review and for the next 4 weeks or so will be no where to be seen, so drop us an email if you want to say anything as that is just about the only way to get hold of me at the moment.

This week's issue of LoOV gets the ball rolling for the end of "THE INVASION" season. But fear not, I will be taking just a short break before season 3 "THE INFECTION" begins and I've started writing season 4 as well...YES SEASON 4!!! I've had a bit of an idea for another round and will be moving in to investigate it!
The public edition of my latest video "Tribute" will be online as soon as I can ressolve a few little issues with the codec. The Uncut Director's Verison will be quite while in the completing as the additional scenes that were planned in the original writing phase are alot more complicated than I thought and will take time to complete.

This week's issue of LoOV is a little something I've wanted to do since the new Doctor Who series started.
In other news, I'm not going to continue the "Doctor Who Reviews" as a weekly series and instead make it just a monthly thing with each new DVD releaseand maybe the odd older entry as and when I'm in the mood.
Other than that I'm busy working on a special video project which is a little bit of a secret so all I'm going to say is that the YOUTUBE edition will be a very very cut down version beause of certain factors...watch this space for more details.

This week has been really productive - I've resumed LoOV with a double update (INVASION IV and INVASION V ) and two reviews of classic Doctor Who stories now on DVD (Remembrance of the Daleks and (The Rescue & The Romans)
Both series I plan to run in a weekly fashion until time finally catches up with me - beyond that I'm not planning much other than the semi-ongoing writting projects and video ideas that haunt my every waking moment.

Thursday saw the long over due arrival of the cybermen collect & builds. I can finally get LoOV back underway!!! There are about 5 more issues of season 2 and then there will be a short break before I return to do season 3.
In other news, I've started a review series for the classic doctor who dvds over on youtube. This week's issue looks at "Remembrance of the Daleks" and next weeks will be "The Rescue" & "The Romans" double review. So for now I leave you with issue 23 of LoOV and Issue 01 of Doctor Who Reviews.

This week's update is a quick commentary on the choice of Matt Smith as the 11th Doctor. Just so I can clear up my opnion - WHO THE HELL CHOSE THIS EMO!!! Oh well, I guess we'll have to wait until 2010 to see if this is going to be as bad as the 7th doctor's first season.
Anyway, on to business - as those of you how actually bother reading this site will have noticed that I've not been updating for a while. There are two very good reasons for this:
1) I've had trouble getting the figures I need to complete the remainig shoots which are typically, the next few ages and I can't work around it. I have however changed my supplier and will hopefully get the figures I need soon.

2) Work is keeping me very, very busy. I've got so much to do in the 3 hours spare each day that I simply don't have much time - until now. Once the comic returns th update will be mondays.

Also I've completed the script for season three and on top of that, I've decided to make the third season "INFECTION" the final regular season of LoOV. While there will be a few occasional comics there won't be any regualr serial comics.

Okay folks, this is rumour control - here are the facts!!!
ONE:Until I get some serious interest in my projects, I am moving almost everything back over to DA and Sheezyalthough I may still add higer resolution verisons of the comics here while I have server space. I will be updating over at both alternate sites more than anything else although the fourm will remain active (if you can call it active at the moment).
TWO: I've got a load of carded acton figures and old video games on my ebay page - many of them rare and hard to find so please go and take a look and bid!!!
THREE: LoOV is continuing into 2009 with a long arching plot I'm calling "THE INVASION" which may very well return to this site later in the year. I've also got a second story-arch planned but I'm going to finish one thing before I start another.
FOUR:I know there hasn't been a new LoOV girl on TWC 100 for a while but I simply don't have the time to work on both the main comic and these beautiful babes -but please keep voting.

Okay, so now you are all up to date with my doings and going-ons..now let me get back to working on issue 19!!!

I know it's been a whie but it's been worth it - Decemeber sees the return of "League of Organic Villains" and the plot line is back on track. There are 4 cofirmed issues coming up - one a week through Decemeber starting 05/12/08. The main reason for the retur after nearly a month's break is that I've finally gotten some of the missing figures I've needed to further the plot (yes there is one and at last it can continue).

Well it's been more than a month since I "League of Organic Villains" started now, and so I would like to take a moment to NOT thank anyone as I have yet to feel the aid of a single person!!!
Okay, I do give thanks to those of you who have kindly voted on TWC, but beyond that all I will say is YOUR NOT TRYING HARD ENOUGH!!! Anyway - rant over - time for a do-over.
This week's issues are all simple and will set the tone for most of November as there is alot going on in e next month so I won't be able to focus on the main plot (yes, there is one) and plan to return to the story in December.
With so much going on in both the world a large and my own little personal circle of hell, There won't be a whole lot happening - HOWEVER, I do have a small video project in the works which may begin production just before the new year. Currently only a modest 3rd treatment script, I'm looking to shape it up by the end of the year, so watch this space.

Well, after several days of poor internet connection and other frustrations, I proudly present (although rather late) FRIDAY'S Comic and then tomorrow you will have Monday's comic - I intend to start updating in correct time.
