Summer Weekend Workshop Series!

Learn about Cheese Making and the Joys of Goat Keeping

During your Vacation!

We're offering half-day workshops on the following dates in July and August.  Check for details on our Workshops and Events page.

Sunday, July 12: Mozzarella Mosh Pit!  Make mozz at home to impress your friends and relatives after you learn the ins and outs of the mozzarella pot at OakMoon Creamery. Participants will take home their own ball of mozz! Limit 6 participants.

Sunday, July 19: Goat Psychology 101.  Want to know what your goat is thinking?  Why won't she stay in the fence or is a picky eater?  The goats won't stay on the analyst's couch, so  we'll help you figure out how to live in peace with the goats in your life. Will include some discussion of ways to make the rest of the family love the goats as much as you do. Limit 10 participants

Sunday, July 26: Feta Festival at OakMoon Creamery!  Learn to make a tasty feta that can be used in many recipes or for a wonderful snack. Participants will also learn to use the feta recipe to make other types of cheese.  Limit 6 participants.

Workshops will be scheduled for August 9, 16, and perhaps 23.  Check back here or email for more information.
