Exhibit Closure: *Conservation Hall is closed for renovation until spring 2010.

New York Aquarium is operated by the Wildlife Conservation Society. It is home to many fish and marine creatures including walruses, sea lions, sharks and penguins. New York Aquarium opens 365 days a year.

 Glover's Reef/ *Conservation Hall/ Alien Stingers/ Explore the Shore/ Sharks
Glover's Reef is located right next to the Aquarium's entrance, it contains 165,000 gallon of salt water. It features moray eels, stingrays, sharks and many species of tropical fish. Alien Stinger is at the far end of the Aquarium, featuring the mysterious sea jellies in special music and lighting effects.


 Sea Cliffs
Opened in 1994, Sea Cliffs houses walruses, sea lions, fur seals, penguins and sea otters. In its underwater viewing section, there are exhibits showing bat rays, sea stars and sea horses.

 Aquatheater
Sea Lion Celebration starring Duke and Osborn daily, weather permitting. Schedules vary and can be acquired on the aquarium's website as well as in the main entrance.
