Our 4-H Club is an Outdoor Adventure Club.
We go hiking, backpacking, camping, fishing, and participate in community service projects. We are
environmental stewards who practice "Leave No Trace," and who believe the great outdoors should be enjoyed
and used responsibility by all for future generations.
We Participate in Projects that Preserve and restore the
natural setting of the woods. We remove noxious weeds, maintain hiking
trails, release salmon hatchlings into streams, and plant trees. Our
photos share these experiences with others around the world on this web
site.
Our 4-H Club Connects Kids with the Woods in outdoor adventures, practices environmental stewardship, participates in community service projects, and has a lot of fun!
4-H
is a community of young people across America who are learning and
practicing
leadership, citizenship and life skills. 4-H King County Youth
Development Outreach is an extension program of WSU serving both urban
and rural youth in King County.
WSU has been doing this for
nearly 100 years.
