The season preparations are well under way
With the team working hard at NWDA
Elaine is ensuring we all have the rules
And the age ranges tally with the ages in schools
While Jan has the music and is ready to go
The Judges prepare to adjudicate the show
The secretary Yvonne is multitasking well
getting all the paper work ready
And Lynn the scrutineer who likes her cups of tea
Holds the calculator strong and steady
Roger rabbit holds the centre stage
Every week at the start of the day
And his adventures last season were enough to conclude
We'll believe whatever you say
“Dancing with dignity, Dancing with pride”
Is our motto that speaks out to all
Hold your head up high and never forget
To enjoy and have a ball
All for one and one for all
As a team we cannot go wrong
With the support of the troupes and principles
We will continue to build and grow strong
