The Bukit Timah Campus

Lower Quad

The lower Quad, with its open design, wide, arched corridors, resembles a traditional British college campus. It is located outside the C J Koh Law Library and benches have been placed for students who wish to study outdoors in a green environment.

C J Koh Law Library

The library is a very important part of any university. The C J Koh Library was named in appreciation of lawyer-philanthropist Mr. Koh Choon Joo's $5 million donation in 1997 to the library.

The strength of the Law Library's collection traditionally lies in the common law and it has extensive collections of legal resources from Australia, Canada, India, Malaysia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the USA. Over the years, however, the library has also developed collections on international and comparative law, international trade law as well as the laws of the European Community.

Visit the official library website at http://www.lib.nus.edu.sg/llb/index.html

Block B

Block B houses all the tutorial rooms and lecture halls which most of the student body gather to study. Outside lies the Upper Quad, the central hub to student life. This is where soccer matches, music concerts and outdoor movie screenings are held.

Eu Tong Sen Building

This stretch used to house the History, Chinese, English and Malay Departments. Now it holds rooms for academic staff and the Dean’s Office.
