Lounge Upgrade Competition

The winner of this competition will receive $100 in cash.

 

Participants are to submit a proposal on lounge refurbishment containing the following:

1)      Brief paragraph on overarching refurbishment concept.

2)      Detailed purchase breakdown with specifics on equipment sourcing

3)      Contact details

 

Final proposals will be vetted by the Law Club Welfare Committee and assessed on the following criteria:

 

20% -Integrated aesthetics

20% -Thoroughness of proposal

30% -Popularity with student body

30% -Cost effectiveness and practicality

 

General guidelines:


1) We will prefer not to have to junk old furniture

2) We will prefer proposals that focus on holistic upgrades rather than expensive single item purchases

Law School Goes To The Theater

The Campaign to Confer the Public Service Star on JBJ is in its second run, back by popular demand!

 

 

 

Written by one of our very own lawyer-playwrights (and a LAWR tutor!), Associate Professor Eleanor Wong, the play is a witty piece of satire on Singapore’s unique brand of politics. At times caustically biting, at others poignant, this is one theatre experience you won’t want to miss.
