"One Overly Creative Intellectual Sadly Born In The Wrong Century."

Notes:
I've decided to keep using Myspace even if they won't get rid of their security code. But to make matters even worse, my myspace profile keeps screwing up all my links! Instead of citing the appropriate link, it just gives me www.mslinks-followed by a bumch of gibberish which has nothing to do with the original link!
So, I've decided that it might be a hell of a lot safer to back up all my myspace profile HTML here, since the website can't seem to keep my HTML straight. I know there are links in the sidebar to my journals, author profiles and Sailor Moon Shrine but I'm repeating them here so I can just copy/paste the needed info into my myspace when the website messes up my HTML...
Salve, Ailarimene or Aiya (Either way it's "Hi" in Latin, Koryae and Quenya.) I'm Katherine (Kat for short) and I live on the east coast of the USA with my mom and younger sisters. I'm attending college at the moment and spend my spare time between the pursuits of the mind and sleeping (when I'm not supposed to be in class that is...)
This might surprise some, but I'm legally blind, I can see enough to read enlarged print, draw somewhat adequately, get around (but not drive, sadly) and most other things. I enjoy anime/animated programming because it's easier to see so you won't find much live-action TV or movies in my favorites because it's too damn hard to see. Luckily, I also see color--*grins* though the more two colors contrast--especially with text and background--the easier it is for me to see the two. I also use adaptive technology and other equipment to make my life easier (all shall hail the great screen-enlargement/reader software ZoomText which allows me to use the computer) and the Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) which sadly isn't portable!--it allows me to enlarge regular print books' text to a larger size. And my 15x hand-held magnifier which allows me to read LCD screens such as those on a Cell-Phone, iPod and musical keyboard. However, I can't use it to read books or I'd be your resident Hermione Granger with my nose in a book 24-7.
Probably several of my biggest passions include reading, writing and music.
I am extremely creative by nature and enjoy inventing characters and stories, I also write fanfiction too--but again mostly Original Characters with that. My original fiction is here and my writing journal can be found here. As for the reading, I think I inherited that from Mom, she and I both love books and our house is full of them. I probably read about 10 to 20 books a year (mostly in the fantasy genre).
And lastly, I love music, I sing (probably mezzo-soprano vocal range), play guitar and keyboard. One of my dreams is to create the (in my opinion) ultimate symphonic/gothic/power/speed/metal style and combination of music--with fantasy-related lyrics and appearance of course. Unfortunately, I've got a few set-backs, I'm the only one I know attempting to create this specific musical vision--though that isn't necessarily a problem--I don't have decent recording equipment and lastly and it is somewhat of a hindrance--I play everything by ear and have to memorize all of my music and lyrics because I can't read or write music. But eventually when the time is right and I've got what I need you'll probably see a new MySpace Music profile pop up with my music on it.
A Shoujo-Ai music video, I have to see these three anime! I love this AMV. Also the first two girls you see in this AMV inspired me to write a story called Aki.
Sailor Pluto Anime Music Video to Smile.dk's song "Dancing All Alone. I love Sailor P.
Who I'd Like To Meet:
Real People:
J. R.R. Tolkien/J. K. Rowling: Because I think they're awesome authors.

Fictional Chharacters: (Sorry guys but there's a longer list here.)
(Dark Lords rule!) Sauron, Melkor, Galadriel, Feanor, Baren & Luthien, Hurin (and family) and I think that's about it...Lord of the Rings & The Silmarillion by J. R. R. Tolkien)

POTTERPUFFS!!!
Bellatrix Lestrange, Lord Voldemort, Hermione Granger, Fred & George W.,(Harry Potter by J. K. Rowling)
And of course (because I'm a complete nerd) just about all of my fictional (and fanfictional) characters who I've created
I won't bother to list them here, the list would be way too long. Let's just say I've got an over active imagination. But if you want to read about them, my fanfiction can be found here.
