Making a booking
You are advised to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. Please contact us to check availability. E-mail enquiries will receive a response within 24 Hours. All bookings will require a £50.00 deposit to be paid in advance and we will confirm the booking by a "contractual " letter.
Please note that we try to keep our prices very competiitive and the standard price we quote includes travel of up to 30 miles each way from our base in Bedfordshire. Longer travel may incur a small fuel surcharge.
If your venue requires a Public Indemnity Insurance certificate ( PI Insurance ) or a Portable Appliaince Testing ( Pat testing ) certificate please let us know and we will get this emailed or faxed to your event organiser(s) at the venue.
Playlists and Requests
We are more than happy to have a play list by email from our clients. Whilst we carry an excellent selection of music which tends to cater for 98% of requests, We can only guarantee to have a specific track if we are informed atleast a week advance of the booking date .
Access to the venue
We will arrive at the venue in good time usually an hour before the first guest arrives and will be ready to sound check in 35-40 minutes If the venue has steps and your party is not on ground floor, please let us know in advance - THIS IS IMPORTANT.
