Welcome to Nti Articulate Behavioral Learning Center INC This website was created to let everyone know about NTI Articulate Behavorial  Learning  Center  INC ( NTIABLC )is a existing programs that consisting  of training  for serious behaviorial students. Examples student with substances of abuse, HIV and homeless shelter for these kinds of students. The center will provide students with a safe, drug free, healthy learning environment, staffed by caring Certified Teachers and Behavioral Specialist. NTIABLC will fill the gaps in services to children with Behavioral Aggressive disorders (BAD) to changes these students to GREAT ( Good Rehaliation Excellent Attitude Training in the center for Behavioral disorder students. First, there are most needed for Behavior changes for serious Behavioral aggressive disorder students and substance abuse , Victim of abuse, Suicidal teenager, homeless and HIV students , center for childrens in City of Fort Lauderdale Outpatient substance abuse Programs entrepreneurs by employing the most certified Teachers, and most optimal strategies for achieving higher development for behavioral students.  Nti Articulate behavioral Learning center need support and funding through board oversight and assistance in management areas.  Designed to support local students’ public school education as well as empower their entire family unit by providing parent seminars and various small component programs that address children behavioral, below average, substance of abuse, Psychiatric Evaluation, and exceptional problems specific to our targeted community in the City Of Fort Lauderdale.  This program is important because a large percentage of children in our community are performing   serious behavioral problem (F) below grade level.  There are many causes of this low performance but we believe most significant ones are lack of parental involvement, undiagnosed learning disabilities and lack of individual student attention in public schools.  Our program will change the lives of the children who are a part of the program as well as their families by providing programs that address the underlying causes of low educational performance.  Once parents become involved in their children’s education and the child has support that he/she needs to be successful in school, success is inevitable for the entire family.

Professional Behavioral Development Goals  NTIALC is qualified to implement this program because of the diverse backgrounds and credentials of its staff as well as the passion that NTIALC has to be a part of the driving force that produces radical changes in at-promise neighborhoods.  NTIALC can build the growth for job in the community of City of Fort Lauderdale, This coalition of Broward County and reform-minded leaders from different business, other nonprofit organization In addition, other Exceptionally Education programs that is need for serious behavioral students in the City of Fort Lauderdale will accelerate together in a reform path to the future for Behavioral Aggressive disorder students , and HIV students.  Focus on Children with behavioral, and victims of abuse, HIV disabilities are a comprehensive plan to aim our youth back on track for the future.  Examples to aimed to improving student with behavioral through dedication to professional development, certified teachers, Behavioral Specialist, and Benefit insurance plan for all employers.  NTIALC will creation of  regular school programs, summer behavioral camps, after-school program.   Florida Teacher Union will be need to support NTIALC behavioral school and improved teacher  higher accountability and evaluation for employment.
