NOWA wishes to welcome you, our guest, to The NOWA.  This website stands as a focal point of information, communication and representation for the Northern Ontario Worker's Association.

As part of your welcome, we would like to take this time to introduce the Association, its foundation and its values.

NOWA began in 1989, and has since grown to represent all of Levert Personnel Resources Inc.'s employees, who are currently stationed throughout Canada.

Furthermore, NOWA prides itself on having proactively maintained a good working negotiation relationship with Levert Personnel Resources Inc.'s, in that we have always managed to obtain our contracts without the use of strikes, work to rule, and / or loss of production.
