WELCOME TO OUR LIONHEAD CLUB!
(Club started June 27, 2007)
This club will include the states of OH, WV, VA, PA, MD, NJ, NY, CT, MA, RI, VT, NH, ME and Ontario, Canada but members from other states are more than welcome to join too!
We are in the process of selecting officers and creating the rules/constitution.
We have formed this club to help promote the showing of Lionheads in the Northeast, at Nationals and ARBA Convention and to help any way we can to get the Lionhead passed as a breed with the American Rabbit Breeders Association. We believe Youth are the future of the Lionhead and hope to hold workshops, provide scholarships and have info in our newsletters to help Youth learn about Lionheads and how to choose Lionheads that fit the current Standard as we grow. We will feature a Youth in every newsletter via puzzles, poems, drawings, etc., so our membership will know who is up and coming, both by name and face. We haven't had many volunteers for the newsletter but hope to get it going soon.
MEMBERSHIP:
Dues will be $10 (US monies) per family per year, $25 - 3 yrs., $100 - Lifetime
This will include membership cards, a quarterly newsletter, your website/email listing on our members page, free classifieds and sweepstakes contest.
COD, AOV and pet breeders are welcome. There will fun for everyone.
