This ranking system is composed of three parts: Political, Noble, and Military.  Each will determine some privileges, exceptions, and rewards

The Political system is known as the Congress of Varrock.  This is a freely elected government that is composed of two bodies: Council and Delegation.  The two Consuls, Minister(No remorce leader of P2P world) and Chancellor(Leader of F2P world).  Due to the reorganization of this clan, I've appointed myself provisional Chancellor for the next 3 months, in which we will hold a short 3 month term election, followed by the regular 6 month term election.  The Delegation of Falador is comprised of nominated and elected canidates from the 8 professions(There may be 9 as I said in profession section of site.), 1 for every 30 members of profession.  So if there's 31 people in profession, the profession is granted a second seat on the DoF, which will be elected in the closest Delegation Election.  The Council of Lumbridge is made up of 3 generals(will explain later), all Lords and Dukes(once again, explained later), and 2 advisers for each consul.  If we are passing a bill, and the DoF and CoL are stuck on a decision, we will have a universal clan vote.  If we are stuck on that, then the DoF's decision will rule.  The closest I will hold elections is as soon as we have 10 people in every profession.  Until then, the CoL and Consuls will oversee the clan.

The Rankings are from highest to lowest, and give a basic explanation of the Varrock's Army(full name is The Grand Army of the Congress of Varrock.).

General - There are only 3 one for the Ranger Division, one for the Knight Division, and one for the Wizard Division.  All orders the General gives must ALWAYS be followed.  If you do not comply with a higher ranked officer's orders, you will immediately be put on Recruitment duty.  Training noobs and/or recruiting people for clan.  General comands Divison and are appointed by Consuls

Corporal - Under General, must achieve Lord rank( since we don't have that much time,  I'll appoint all ranks.). Commands Regiment

Marshall -  Commands Battalion

Lieutenant - Commands Company

Captain - Commands Squadron

The # of Squadrons will depend on the # of troops.  Each Squadron has a max of 20 soldiers

Seargent - Must have 5 PK's in battle

Private - Must have 1 PK's in battle

Cadet - Newly joined to Army, 40+ Ranged, Mage, or Knight level

Recruit - under 40, you would consider this a noob, but we will train these to make our Army stronger

Noble ranks give you privileges and awards you could otherwise not obtain.  They are:

Duke/Duchess - For amazing actions in battle, you are awarded a Dragonstone Amulet and givent the title "Duke" Highest rank in clan

Lord/Lady - You must have 10+ PK's and 2 accomplished Squires/Mages/Arching apprentices, you also are put on the CoL unless you deny position

Earl - You must have 5+ PK's in battle and 1 ongoing Squire/Mage/Arching apprentice

Knight/Wizard/Ranger - You must either achieve which ever combat lvl of 50+ or if you are a Squire/Mage/Arching apprentice 40+ with 2+ PK's, able to apprentice on of the below

Squire/Mage/Archer - If one of the above professions wishes to gain a higher rank, and you don't want to wait 10 more lvls to become a Knight, then apply for an apprenticeship on the forums corresponding to your Mage, Range, or Knight level.  One of your line of combat can take you under his/her wing and you can together reap the benefits.
