The leader and founder of Nega Newgrounds, his leadership is unquestioned no matter how seriously f'd up they are (and trust us, they are normally seriously f'd up) He is described as an eccentric genius who has started wars, submitted flash, and even a couple songs to the audio portal. Anyway, although he knows he has the rest of Nega Newgrounds backing him, he is infinitely independet and defiant. He takes orders from no one.

WHEEEEEEEEE123's best friend and advisor, he promises to make Nega Newgrounds a more powerful force in order to cleanse Newgrounds of all evil. He aspires to become a flash artist, but as of now, does not have the software. He is always ready to destroy anything in NNG's path, while adding in some humor just for the hell of it.

WHEEEEEEEEE123 may have created NNG, but Pixellator is the one who took it and brought it to a whole new level. He is the producer of a lot of flash and does all sorts of other tech stuff for NNG. He created the original NNG website and it is still running today. He is also on the NNG Board of Directors with Hardy13 and the ruler with the long name.
