The elementary school kids (Yayoi, Yuiko, Ritsuka) have been assigned to do an audio/radio play for the school as a "graduating" assignment. Everyone has to do it, and they're rather nervous. The plays will be performed in front of an audience of parents and other people, and it will be also in the form of a competition; there will be a winner. Yayoi decides to write up a script for the play, and he wants Ritsuka and Yuiko to perform what he wrote. Oh, he feels so proud of his work~ His play takes place in a prior era (a couple hundred years ago, maybe?), and Ritsuka plays the bad guy trying to take away Yuiko. Yayoi is supposed to be the hero and save her, and a lot of his plot revolves around, "Oh, Yuiko! I love you! We must run away together!" Well, that doesn't work. Yuiko didn't read the whole play through, and she refuses to act out the end scene where they kiss! So they reject his idea. "Ok then, Ritsuka, why don't you write the script?"
Ritsuka doesn't want to write the script...he has no idea what to write it on! "Well, how about a story about you and Soubi? What you've been through?" Of course, Soubi likes that idea, and instead, he offers to write his own script. "But this is for elementary school kids; you're in college!!" Hah, well, he doesn't care. Soubi ends up writing a script whose pages are well into the thousands. Ritsuka says, "That's way too long! We can't perform that! The performance is only supposed to be 20 minutes!" Hahaha. So then they start to act out some of Soubi's play to try it out, and there are parts that aren't suitable for the audience...like taking away Ritsuka's ears. So, they reject that idea.
In another scene, Ritsu-sensei finds out about this audio play and decides to write his own...he wants Breathless to compete in the competition and win because apparently this is a fight of spells. When he comes back with his script, like Soubi's, it's thousands of pages long. Breathless try acting some of it out, and it's about Ritsu and Soubi...whipping...falling in love...yes, Ritsu's dream. They don't want to perform it, but they do anyway during the competition. Everyone's shocked. At the competition, they threaten Loveless during Ritsuka, Yuiko, and Yayoi's performance (Ritsuka ended up writing a script, and they went by that), and they want to fight them. Because of the ruckus, their play is interrupted (Soubi was a part of it. In the script, he's a dangerous stalker...hehe...that's trying to capture these kids). The audience thinks that the conversation has something to do with the play, but it doesn't. Soubi then adds in a part of his script, "I love you. I love you. Let me kiss you..." and then Ritsuka slaps him. After that, they defeat Breathless and make them "underlings." Soubi takes them away...there's a happy ending to the play, and Ritsuka's group win the competition. The end.
