The Shelf

Here you'll find a preview of things to come.  Often when I have an idea for a story, I'll write out the first chapter and come back to it later on.  This page is for work that's in an infant stage, waiting to grow into a story.  Some are original and some are fanfiction.

Original

Title: Modern Wyndrah Character study

World: Wyndrah

Summary: This is a reference guide that I've been putting together a little bit at a time for a while now.  Originally I put it together for myself for when I begin writing the "modern day" Wyndrah installments in ernest.  I've decided to share it here for readers that are interested in learning a little bit about the main characters that will be featured in the first story (and perhaps beyond if I get into writing it the way I have with the present Wyndrah series).  This series will be taking place some two-thousand years after the present Wyndrah installments, give or take a few hundred years.  I call it "modern Wyndrah" because the culture and technology will be close to what developed countries have today on earth, but you could also consider the upcoming series to be a futuristic/sci-fi addition to the Wyndrah series.  I will begin working on the first installment after finishing "Always", though my primary focus will remain on the current Wyndrah timeline until I've done everything on my list (i.e. a story featuring Antyan, a back story on Valamir, the story "Cries of Innocence" featuring Lythas and Tsabrak).

Rating: G

Warnings: No warnings.  This is only a reference guide.

Title: Cries of Innocence

World: Wyndrah

Summary: Tsabrak and Lythallendar meet some orphaned streetrats while stopping to resupply at a harbor.  Feeling pity for them, Lythas tries to help.  Rumors that other orphans have come up missing will lead he and Tsabrak into another adventure.

Rating: PG-13

Warnings: No strong warnings for this preview.  Nothing more graphic than two Lashran kissing.

Fanfiction

Title: Never a Memory

World: Final Fantasy 7 (Advent Children)

Summary: Sephiroth's comment at the end of the movie inspired me to outline a fiction under the theory that Cloud's victory was an illusion.  This will eventually be a Sephiroth/Yazoo pairing.

Rating: R

Warnings: Language, violence, implied slash, possible movie spoilers
