Date: Thursday 21 February 2008
Status: Tis mainly a graphics update today. There are a new batch of banners - 10 Banners of "Boom Town" and "The Parting of the Ways" and 10 Tenth Doctor banners from series two, all mainly of the Doctor and Rose. There are 5 new wallpapers 3 of the Ninth Doctor and Rose, 1 of the Ninth and 1 from "Boom Town". Please take a look! Also, the layout for Tenth Doctor Graphics has been minor-ly updated and I have added to the Fan-fiction Rec List.
As I said here, university may cause a hiatus-like situation with my websites - no, it's okay, I haven't fallen off the face of the earth! I'll update when I have the chance and you're still welcome to contact me.

Status: Sorry about the absence - it's a busy time of year. I missed the site's 'birthday' - thank you to everyone who has visited over the past two years!  Also, I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas!
Most of the updates relate to the Tenth Doctor Graphics section. The new layout is of the Doctor (several images from S3) and the quote "Have psychic paper, will interfere" something the Doctor says in a Ten and Rose novel (The Feast of the Drowned, I think.) There are 6 new banners - half of the Doctor and Rose from "The Idiot's Lantern", half from "Blink". I've split the graphics into two pages, so the banners found separately. I've also added a 2008 version of the Tenth Doctor and Rose calendar.
Unfortunately I've had problems (again) with file host used for many of the media files; this means I'm not going to add more clips until I do have a way of adding them to the site. For the moment, if you cannot download any of the existing clips, you are welcome to email me and I'll send it to you.
Also, a reminder that this site does have Terms of Use regarding its content - I'd appreciate it if this was kept in mind. Thanks.

Status: There are more video clips! This lot includes more "The Parting of the Ways", the dancing scenes and bananas references in "the Doctor Dances" and the 'cut' hug from "Dalek". There are (still) more on the "coming very soon" list, so keep an eye out for them!

Status: New Layout & Music Video!
A new layout! Version 3.2; the Doctor and Rose from "The Parting of the Ways". To give myself credit, I don't think I could have gone for something more relationship-based if I had tried!  Still really like the previous layout, but a change is nice. This is the first layout to have a light background (not black!) and a red-ish colour scheme.
The music video is a lyric-less vid about the Ninth Doctor and Rose, looking at their struggles and relationship in the final episode. It can currently be found on youtube - comments are appreciated!
The 250+ screencaps are of Boom Town. The Boom Town fanlisting has also had a layout update. There are only a few new video clips up at the moment - I have more but am experiencing difficulties with my file host. Hopefully it'll be sorted soon and I'll be able to add the others!
Otherwise links have been updated and the site's "hiatus" is officially over...

Status: The counter reached 5,000!  Yay and a huge thank you everyone for visiting!
There are 3 banners from 'The Curse of the Fatal Death' (the late 1990s comic relief spoof - see video and script.) They're just under Graphics for now.

Status: A Ten/Rose music video! Amongst the updates I've added (but not mentioned) of late is a slightly Doomsday-centric Doctor/Rose music video to "When You Were My Girl", with clips from S2 and the start of S3. It's only on YouTube for now, but I'll be getting a download link up soon. Feedback and comments would be greatly appreciated!
There are 8 Doomsday icons, and a S3 banner of Sally from "Blink", which I found fantastic. I'm about half-way through fixing/correcting/adding-to the quotes collection and have been fixing up broken links and the like. There's also a new affiliate, Affirmative (the fanlisting for K-9), and the counter is almost at 5,000! YAY!
I just saw the series three finale, which I... enjoyed but thought different. Quite different. Possibly shall make graphics of it...

Status: Silent for a month! Not quite a record, but close. Today there are 4 Doctor/Rose wallpapers from Father's Day and Boom Town, and a previous one of the Doctor has been touched-up. Since I did so recently, I've included how to Make Your Own TARDIS Tin.
Otherwise, I've been fixing up Links. This includes the new recommended lists of music videos on Youtube and fanfiction. There are a few new links and vids under the humour section which are worth checking out, too!
I've joined some more fanlistings, and I think that's everything...

Status: Just graphics today (I think...) I've added 20 icons of the Ninth Doctor and Rose (using images from promotional shots) and 6 animated icons of the Doctor's head-jiggle-dance and from "Father's Day". There are also new banners 16 new banners from series 1, 2 & 3. The series 3 ones are of the Doctor and Martha from "Smith and Jones".
Headers is a new section - it's for header-images that aren't banner sized. At the moment, the first two are of on-set shots of the Doctor and Rose from World War III; one reads "I don't suffer from an obsession, I enjoy every minute of it!" Which pretty much sums it all up.

Status: There's a new humour section!
Humour - Images contains manipulations / captioned images and links to other things I've found entertaining. My favourite so far is the Doctor and Rose's diary planner - had a lot of fun making it. This section definately going to be added to - I've got ideas - so it's a "watch this space" thing. It can be found under Extra Stuff.
In other news, a few things here and there have been fixed/altered. I am aware that the episode is "The Parting of the Ways" even though I ignore the second 'the', am considering joining a Doctor Who webring (suggestions welcome), am yet to see "Daleks in Manhattan" and the counter now stands at 4,035. Status: I've added a lot of new banners. I think I have just needed to get it out of my system. 
There are 10 new Ninth Doctor banners of the Doctor, Rose and Jack from The Empty Child and The Doctor Dances; 13 Tenth Doctor banners from New Earth, The Impossible Planet, The Satan Pit, Love and Monsters, Army of Ghosts and Doomsday; and 7 Series 3 banners from The Runaway Bride and The Shakespeare Code. Those linked by small thumb-nails to elimate the chance of spoilers.

Status: 1. Layout. 3. Wallpapers. 7. Banners. Many. Icons.
The site features layout version three - exterminate, which I wasted too much time over and rather like. Images are of the Doctor, Rose and the Dalek from the episode "Dalek", and the blue-green colour scheme is slightly different to the previous layout. Other changes include different scrollbars, navigation headings and the format on non-main pages. Please let me know what you think of it - comments, opinions and ideas are greatly appreciated!
The wallpapers are of the Doctor (2) and Rose (1). My favourite's the one of the Doctor from "Dalek" - very pleased with that one! With the banners, 3 are under Tenth Doctor Graphics. There 20 icons, 4 of them text-only.

Status: There's another music video! *runs around obsessively* This one is Captain Jack Harkness (includes clips from Torchwood) to the song "Captain Jack" by Dance Dance Revolution (I think). I've wanted to see a vid of him to this song for a long time, so I finally made it! It's available for watching on YouTube and downloading. I'd love feedback on it, so please have a look and let me know what you think. It took, well, hours. And hours.
There are 2 new desktop wallpapers from "The Christmas Invasion", and some new stuff under music. We're over our monthly bandwidth, but since it resets tomorrow I'm not too concerned. Hopefully I'll get a job soon and might be able to buy a domain. Until then, we're stuck here...

Status: I'll start with the screencaps: there are around 240 screencaps from "Bad Wolf". They're all 800px wide, but 1024px wide files are available. (Just ask!) And yes, "Boom Town" is next for capping.... As for wallpapers, there are 6 new ones. Most are based around "Bad Wolf", but there are a couple of general ones of the Doctor and Rose, too.
I've also added 2 new affiliates lately - the fanlistings for Doctor Who S1 and the Sonic Screwdriver.
And... we're over 3,000 on the counter! Over 3200, in fact. Thanks for visiting!

Status: New Layout!
After more than one attempt, here is layout version 2.3. It retains the same format as 2.2, and features images of the Doctor (and Rose) from "The Aliens of London". The quote is the Doctor's explanation to Jackie as to why Rose missed a year. I was rather attached to the previous layout but I like the new sea-blue (aqua?) colour scheme and the changes made to navigation (which are minor but just make things look better.) The updates page has been altered, and the splash page updated; asides from that most things are the same. Feedback on the layout would be wonderful. A screencapture of the previous layout can be found under site.
It is not just the main site that has a new look. Two new colour schemes have been added to the forum. The purple-ish red one is of the Doctor and Rose from "The Aliens of London", and the sea-green one has a picture of the Daleks from "Doomsday", with the Tenth Doctor in the background. Neither are the default layout; to view them one must change the settings in profile.

Status: The character list is complete, with all the characters from Bad Wolf and The Parting of Ways being added, including the Tenth Doctor. There isn't a plan to add characters from series two, or even the Christmas Invasion since the focus of this site is on the episodes featuring the Ninth Doctor.
Besides that, there are several new wallpapers, including one of the Doctor, Rose and Jack saying goodbye, by request, and one of Mickey Smith, (there weren't any of him). Most of them are from "The Parting of Ways", with a couple from "The Empty Child". Some look different to previous desktop wallpapers, so please have a look and let me know what you think of the style!

Status: Happy New Year! Let's hope it brings lots of Doctor Who-goodness...
The music video is finally finished and uploaded! In fact, there are two of them, although the other is not strictly DW-related. The vid is to the Beatles' song "Got To Get You Into My Life". I've also uploaded a fanmix, a collection of music used in some of my favourite Doctor Who music vids, and this can be found under the Extra section. As well, there are 38 new avatars/icons, 6 of them text icons. Most are from "The Empty Child", "Bad Wolf" or behind-the-scenes images.

Status: I've updated with 21 new banners - 5 are Tenth Doctor Graphics, 4 icon-sized animations and a new fanfic, Assumptions. I think that will be enough to be getting on with.Most of the new banners are based around "The End of the World" or "The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances", and the animations are from "Dalek" and "Father's Day".

Status: MERRY CHRISTMAS!
When I saw that, I knew I just had to use it. (It's from Khall's Stuff) I hope everyone has a fantastic holiday, and I'm highly envious of all those living where they'll get "The Runaway Bride" aired. I, of course, live where it won't probably be showing until winter.
In between Christmas preparations and watching Torchwood, I've been working on various things to add here, but I'm as just not quite ready to upload them, so I'm sorry, you're going to have to wait! But new stuff is defiantely coming very soon.

Status: HAPPY BIRTHDAY BACK IN TIME! Yes, the site is one year old today. The site's visitor counter has also just recently reached over 2000! So it's a big thank you to everyone for who has visited/commented. The Doctor looks a touch odd in this image, but that's definately a smile.
Cake and birthday celebrations will be carried out at the forum!
On another note, are you a fan of the episode Boom Town? I've just finished creating the TFL.org-approved Boom Town Fanlisting, so I'd love it if you'd join (or affiliate with it!). I'm going to add it as an affliate, and will probably add it under "sub-sites" with the next layout-update-change.

Status: I'll start off with graphics again. Finally, there are some more screencaps! There are around 240 800px-wide caps of "The Parting of Ways". (I've decided to work backwards, "Bad Wolf" is next). Also, there are three new animations, all three icon-sized. I've made a new lot of 34 icons, including some with text and some that are just quotes. They're from a mixture of episodes. The newest few can be seen on the main graphics page. Otherwise, just a normal-ish updates of a few new links and so on. I'm working on a music video, so hopefully that'll be up soon!

Status: A lot of new content has been added to the extra section! The Ninth Doctor Obsession Test is a bit of fun designed to test how obsessive you are about Doctor Who. There's an "email interview" with the Doctor and Rose added under humour, and another highly amusing vid-link has been added to humour vids. The first of the fan-fiction is also up, with Bad Dreams and an article-ish thing about Doctor Who fan-fiction. The tributes have also been linked from the extra section.
Several bits of info (on filming, bad wolf and trivia) have been moved from extra to the information section where they belong. Links has been re-formatted into a table and links for fan-mixes added. A few other small format and layout-related problems have been fixed.
It's also the eleventh day of the eleventh month (but no longer the eleventh hour) and since I don't think the Doctor would want those who died in war to be forgotten, I thought I'd point that out...

Status: Graphics! There have been a lot of new graphics added over the past few days. There are 78 new avatars/icons, 7 new banners and 7 new wallpapers, as well as the previous two wallpapers having been touched up. The Tenth Doctor graphics has also been updated with 4 more wallpapers and 6 banners.
Over a dozen new images have been added to the e-cards (as well as some of the previous poor-qaulity ones removed) and a few new backgrounds. Please take a look!

Status: It's exactly two months since the last layout went up... but I felt like a change and after much messing around with tables there's a new layout! It's still the same colour scheme and the main image is similar in that it is still based around the quote "so come on - the world doesn't end 'cause the Doctor dances..." Version 2.2 is the first to have a navigation bar down the side of the page, actually is the first to differ in any way from previous layouts. Status:Firstly, the tribute to the Ninth Doctor and the tribute to Rose pages have been added! You can find them by accessing the main navigation and they both have pop-up layouts. The main image of Nine is from a promotional still, the one of Rose is from "Fear Her", and the titles come from lines in "The Parting of Ways". The rambles are not particularly long, but it is likely that I'll add to them as I think of ways to be maybe a bit more articulate.
As well, there are three new wallpapers from "Father's Day" - one of the Doctor, one of Rose and one of both (but mainly Rose).

Status: There have been several media updates. There are new sound and video clps for the episode Rose! Also, I've added a bit of 'music' from the Satan Pit which I happen to really like. New content has been added to extra, including a new humour section. So far there are various links to amusing videos (music videos, a Doctor Who comic relief spoof and various Dead Ringer acts) and some manipulations that are part of Doctoring Time. Status: I have no life and lots of impending exams, hence I made graphics. Yet again more wallpapers, this time four of The Long Game, and three new banners. There are also new Tenth Doctor graphics - five new wallpapers (and three new banners) of The Doctor and Rose, including one with text by request. All of the wallpapers are 1024 x 768, instead of 800 x 600, which I'm happy about.

Status: I come bringing 11 wallpapers of The Parting of Ways and The Doctor Dances, and by request there are two of the Doctor and Rose's kiss from the former. On another note, I've just seen Doomsday... I can't believe Doctor Who is over for yet another year! I don't think I'm about to start sobbing inconsolably, but I came very close, especially given I'm not the crying-during-films type!

Status: There's a new section, Media! At the moment, it just contains music and sound clips, but there's definately going to be more stuff coming soon! Most of the clips are from "The Long Game", of which there are around fifteen, and there is almost a dozen from other episodes. To accommodate this (and the forum) there have been some changes made to the navigation. There's also information about Billie Piper which has been added to the Information section.

Status: Back In Time has received just over 1,000 visitors! A big thank you to everyone who has visited, especially those who have commented! I've got lots of new ideas for improving this place, including ideas for humour and music vids. I'm just going to (sadly) have to wait for a few more months until school do be over. But definately keep an eye open! Today I bring graphics, and there're rather a lot of them. Status: I've been meaning to say: I've added eight new banners (Aliens of London, Boom Town, The Parting of Ways, and a slight variation on the School Reunion one) and thirty-odd new icons. I'm especially pleased with how the icons turned out, so please take a look! The icon page has been separated into two pages to make loading the page easier.

Status: Welcome to layout version 2! It features pictures (and quotes) from the episode 'The Doctor Dances', and sepia colouring. This is the first layout to not be blue nor have a picture-bar down the left hand side of the page, and any comments on it would be greatly appreciated.
The splash page has changed to match the new layout, and I've been working on improving the site in general. I've updated Characters so the characters' pictures have changed and there're now pictures for all characters; images for Episodes and Quotes have been updated; the Links have been reorganised and added to; and there have been alterations to Site.
Also, I'm looking for affiliates, so if anyone happens to have a Doctor Who-related site and would like to affiliate, please let me know!

Status: I've made several new banners of late - two of Harriet Jones from "The Christmas Invasion", one of Captain Jack, one of The Doctor and one of the two programmers from "Bad Wolf", and having just seen "School Reunion" (which was fantastic! - emotional and funny) the latest is of Sarah Jane Smith. Having said that, I'm not planning on really making graphics of the second series until I've seen them all (I'm trying to avoid any spoilers) - and the Ninth Doctor still's my favourite. :-)

Status: I have quite a few updates today! I've made no less than 21 new avatars/icons, some of which I've been quite happy as to how they turned out. There are four new wallpapers of the Doctor and Rose. The graphics page has been revamped slightly, and I've put the animations and the calendar back up. The links and the 'about me' sections have also been updated.
I have a new affiliate! Please check out the Doctor Who Transcripts, its a very cool site!
I've (finally) seen "The Christmas Invasion" and "New Earth" (the second Tenth Doctor episode is showing this weekend) and so far I've liked them very much! I'm not sure what I think of the Tenth Doctor, but I can definately see Doctor-Time-Lord in him, and so long as I don't try to compare him to the Ninth, all is good...

Status: I've just discovered that it looks like I'll be able to see the Tenth Doctor, starting witht the Christmas Invasion, as it will be aired sometime next month!!! of course, I believe tenth will be nothing compared to ninth, but I'm biased... ;-) In other news, links has been updated, notably with a link to Doctor Who transcripts, which has the scripts for the Ninth Doctor episodes!
I've also added some more link-to-me buttons, since the others were rather made in haste...

Status: No, I haven't forgotten about here, I've just not had the time to update, unfortunately. I also apologise about all the ads that keep on appearing - somehow I've gone over my bandwidth for the month, and they are the result. *has no idea where all the bandwidth has gone* Hopefully, they'll go away soon...
I still live in a country where the Tenth Doctor is yet to be aired and this is unlikely to change - that is, I'm not sure when its showing here, and as much as I like the idea, I am unable to move to Britain just to watch TV.

Status: My Ninth Doctor and Rose 2006 Calendar is currently available for download (microsoft publisher format). It includes pictures, quotes and episode information. Unfortunately, it is around 36 mb, and therefore will not be up for long, since it's taking up room on the server. You are welcome to download and use (modify if so desired, but please do NOT claim it as your own. A lot of work went into it! Thanks!

Status: Yet another update! *sheepish grin* This one is the most noticable - the main banner at the top of the site has changed! It now features the Doctor and Rose from "Father's Day" and has the quote 'Your wish is my command. But be careful what you wish for...' Unfortunately, it's not blu-ish, so something may have to be ammended there. I think this is it for updating mania, however. Oh, yes, and the counter is on random, it's not going spastic or something. Just trying it out...

Status: Updating mania continutes! :-p The quotes page has been updated. A section on credits has been added to the site page, and the link-back part of that page improved. Links now have a description of the site/content that they link to.

Status: There's a new Desktop Wallpapers section, featuring eight desktops - three of Rose, three of the Doctor, one of Jack, and one of a couple of characters from Bad Wolf/The Parting of Ways. Trivia has been added to, and there's now information on the TARDIS, Bad Wolf references throughout the series, and filming. All this is on the extras page. The episodes page has been updated, and there are about eighteen new avatars!!! Have a look. Finally, to few updates from last year - there's a link below these updates...

Status: Character sketches have been re-written/expanded on and information for twelve more characters added! On the character page, it is now possible to select the character you wish to view at the top of the page, instead of scrolling down for ages... Hopefully, this will make things easier! :-)

Status: I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas. I got the DVD of the fourth volume of the Ninth Doctor! There are seven new banners - three of Rose and one of Rose and the Doctor, basically from "Rose" and the others are of Rose, Mickey, Jack and the Doctor from "Boom Town". Enjoy! :-)

Status: Wow - two days to Christmas! :-D In site news, there's a slight alteration to site layout, a new banners section, with 8 banners (mainly about "The Empty Child") to start it off! There's been a quote update, a small edition to "random observations" in extra, a slight alteration under characters and the Special project should be able to go up very soon! Enough for now!
