Mission Ranks --------------------------------------------------------- D Rank- D ranked missions are basically missions for the benefit of the village such as picking up trash, cleaning the rivers, etc. These are commonly given to Genin. --------------------------------------------------------- C Ranked- These missions include protecting a person from robbers or just escorting someone to a certain place in case any danger comes to them. These missions are given to Chuunin and sometimes Genin. --------------------------------------------------------- B Ranked- Missions that include a battle between two different groups of ninja. B ranked missions also include retrieving scrolls and other documents. These missions are given mostly to Chuunins. --------------------------------------------------------- A Ranked- The second to last highest level of missions. These type of missions sometimes include retrieving wanted ninjas and sometimes assassinations. Jounins are usually assigned to these type of missions. --------------------------------------------------------- S Ranked- These are the highest ranked missions that involve ninjas going to other villages for special purposes.
