Rules of Membership
(1) A Sensei is always addressed as “Sensei” or by his or her title.
(2) All membership certificates will be issued by the International Headquarters.
(3) Never drink alcoholic beverages while in class or while you are in your Gi.
(4) No student will provoke violence out side of the practice area or allow themselves to be provoked into doing violence, under pain of explosion from the program.
(5) All students must maintain a serious attitude at all times during practice.
(6) Members of The Black Scorpion Ninjutsu Society MUST be respectful to all instructors, participants and observers.
(7) Never criticize other styles of the Martial Arts. All Martial Arts are good although you may like one better than another.
(8) All members must wear the proper uniforms or the approved code of dressing at all times during practice at all camp activities and other Society functions.
(9) By participating in the training camps and other activities you release your image if it is filmed, recorded or photographed on that day.
(10) Proper hygiene must be observed by all members of the Black Scorpion Ninjutsu Society.
(11) No roughhousing or needless contests of strength and ability will be allowed at any time during training camps and other Society activities.
(12) Profanity, lying, vulgarity, stealing, or abuse of the Society Banner, Logo, Patches and Name is not allowed.
(13) Corporal punishment or any form of physical, emotional or sexual abuse, or any endangerment of a student is grounds for immediate dismissal and will be reported to the proper law enforcement agency.
The function of any ethical system in any given society is to sustain the life of that society.
Cigarette smoking is a bad habit that we try to discourage and any Leaders or members that choose to smoke while at training camps and other Society activities are asked to smoke in only designated smoking areas located away from all participants.
Responsibility and Rights:
By being accepted as a member of the Black Scorpion Ninjutsu Society the member has the right to use the trademarked name of the Society.Revocation of Membership:
The Society reserves the right to revoke and terminate any member including an individual, Dojo or association for any misconduct or inappropriate action, solely at its own discretion at any time. In the event of revocation, all rights and privileges especially the right to use the trademarked name of the Society, any similar name or the trademarked name will be forfeited.Contacting the Society:
