Nighty's Chis

"No our Chihuahuas aren't Nightmares..lol.

"Nightmare" was a very special dog for us who loved our chihuahuas just as much as we do, if not more.. Nightmare receieved his name simply because he had nightmares as a puppy. He seem to have more then usual.. But he wasnt anything like his name, he was the total opposite actually!! We know pitbulls have gotten a bad rap, but people need to know that if anything unfortunate happens in result of a pitbull fight its the owners fault, NOT THE DOG!!! plain and simple!!

"Nightmare" wasnt just any old pitbull though. He was part human, we sware!!  He really had a genuinelly sweet personality and was incredibly smart and obedient.. Usually pitbulls can be a bit hard headed..  We believe there are a few dogs in this world that are just different.. Well "Nightmare" was one of those dogs.. When you looked into his eyes you saw a special spirit inside..

To say the least, his best friend was a lil Chihuahua named "Ratso".. Ratso soon earned the name "Nightmare's Knight in Shining Armor". They were inseperable.. "Ratso" followed Nightmare everywhere. They even slept together. When they were seperated (rarely) Ratso would cry until they were together again.. Nightmare always keeping an eye out as to where his lil buddy was, would wait for him. And when they were together they would play like brothers. They truly made a great pair!

When Nightmare was about 7 yrs old he quickly came down with kidney failure.. He was such a trooper.. Never fought or caused a problem.. He always did what he was told and did it with respect.. To make a long story short Nightmare passed away and our whole family has missed him ever since.. Since he was the dog that he was, we dedicate our chihuahua breeding efforts to him.. So that a truly outstanding dog will be remembered & Since he fell in love with chihuahuas with us, we feel thats the least we can do to keep him alive! 

 So now you know about Nightmare , but really you only know a fraction about him.. For all you people who are scared of pitbulls, If you would've gotten the chance to meet Nightmare, he would've been the dog that would have given you a different prespective on pits... Everyone who met him loved him.. He changed many opinions about the breed!  Thank you Nightmare for being an awesome dog and letting us into your life!!

Rest in peace "Nighty Boy" Your always here with us in our hearts and our memories!
